The jobs that were completed got done with no complaints. I ended up doing a few of the smaller items myself in the interest of time, and for one job, removing and replacing 2 hanging light fixtures, the worker did not have a tall enough ladder available to him to do the job, so this was finished by another party. Otherwise all went well.

Kyle sent Arturo and Felipe to do the work. Felipe and Arturo are true craftsmen, indeed "artisans" is probably a better word. They did an especially good job setting the travertine tiles on the wall behind our new 72" vanity in one of the bathrooms. They removed the old fluorescent tubes from the ceiling and installed a semi-flush fixture in the recess left when we removed the old tubes. They removed the old linoleum floor, leveled it, and replaced it with porcelain tiles. They installed travertine tiles as a backsplash for the tub, put in PVC floor molding around the perimeter of the room. They replaced the old, worn fixtures in tub. They installed new shut-off valves for the toilets and faucets in both bathrooms and installed new faucets in the new vanities in both bathrooms. They installed new medicine cabinets in both bathrooms. In the smaller bathroom in the master bedroom, they gutted the whole room, fixed a poorly built shower drain, replaced the shower and vanity, re-wired the fan/light switches and replaced the floor with porcelain tiles. And, of course, they textured and painted both bathrooms. Felipe and Arturo showed up on time every day, worked zealously, but carefully, until a well-deserved lunch. Then back to work until it was time to go home. They worked with consummate skill in all their tasks and their quality of their work is obvious. They cleaned up every day and, as far as humanly possible, left us with a clean and livable house while the project continued. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service, professionalism and friendliness that Arturo and Felipe showed us. We will certainly be contacting Kyle Beym Home Improvement in the future should we wish to do any remodeling.

Every thing went very well. The whole team was very professional, on time and did good work. The same team was able to do almost all of the work themselves, so I always knew who was coming into our house. The only team that was different was the counter top fabricators but they were also professional and did good work. With kids and a hectic schedule this was important to me. The level of talent and cross training of the team was impressive. Additionally, project came in on budget with no major surprises. I got bids from seven different contractors and am very glad we went with Kyle Beym Home Improvements!

I had used Kyle for a previous project that went very well, so was optimistic about doing this one with him and his crew. This was a new experience for me, never having been in control of a remodel before, so I was a little nervous about how it would turn out. Kyle was very helpful, and he and his employees were very reassuring. I knew from my past experience that they would start on time and show up every day when they said they would, and they did. They are very neat, considering it's a messy job, and considerate in protecting the rest of the house. The job entailed gutting the master bathroom and taking the shower to the studs. They replaced the shower ceiling, which had previously been tiled, with new drywall, new cement board, tile & grout in the shower, constructed a bench and shampoo niche in the shower as well. New plumbing for both shower & vanity. Installed a new vanity, sink, toilet, fixtures in both shower & for vanity, granite counter for vanity. Tiled the floor, prepped and painted the whole room, after removing a wallpaper border that had been up there for too long and added new baseboards. They installed a new mirror, shower curtain rod, grab bar, towel bar & toilet paper holder and lighting over the vanity. They pretty much re-did every square inch of the room, and it turned out beautiful! They cleaned up every day before they left, and were friendly and easy to work with. I was very impressed that they didn't "assume" anything & asked for my input in placing items. All tile, vanity & top, lights, fixtures, sink, toilet, and accessories were purchased by me, separate from their fee. They started every day between 7:00 and 7:15, which works for me as I am an early riser. Because Kyle had told me it would take about a week, they worked a pretty long day and left anywhere between 5:00 and 6:30. That was also fine with me because I was more concerned with how many days it would be and less concerned with how long they were there. The job took exactly 7 days. All trash and debris was hauled off by them. I would highly recommend Kyle for any projects you may have.

Kyle's team did a great job. His team was very professional and punctual. They let us know the progress and any additional changes required in order to finish the project. The whole job took about a week and they were strictly focused on doing the best job possible. We would definitely recommend Kyle Beym Home Improvements and we would use them again for any additional home improvement project we may have.

Kyle and his crew were exceptionally priced, friendly, and punctual.They completed the contracted work in a timely manner. The quality of work was also exceptional. I would definitely recommend them. The work completed includes: three complete bathrooms remodels, window replacement, acoustic ceiling removal, recessed lighting throughout the house, door replacement, and the rebuilding of a fence.

Installer arrived right on time, did excellent work and finished earlier than expected. Only small complaint was the appearance of the worker, could have been more professionally dressed. He did great work and we are going to use Kyle Beym again soon.

I have what appears to be a leak from my master shower, resulting in damaged base molding and mold behind the molding. I wanted the entire shower area demolished and replaced with a new one, including any repairs from the water leak. As for my guest bathroom, I wanted a new bathtub area including new fixtures and tile. I called on a Tue/Wed, left a voice message and Kyle returned by call on the same day. He scheduled an inspection the following day and provided me an estimate by the weekend. The estimate covers demolition, hauling away debris, installing all fixtures, creating a shampoo niche, new drain etc. as well as repairing drywall/baseboards of both bathrooms. It does not include the cost of any bathroom fixtures. He was prompt, professional, and extremely responsive.

Kyle's crew showed up on time every day at 7am and worked diligently through out the day until about 6pm. They communicated very well and asked questions about items to make sure the work was done correctly. They cleaned up every day. They covered areas around the work area to minimize dust. They sealed off parts of the house with plastic shielding to minimize dust. The work done was excellent quality. Kyle came by regularly to check on the progress and give updates. The crew was hardworking and very professional. They even worked some Saturdays and one Sunday to get the job done. The cost of project was reasonable and came in right on budget. The timeline to complete all the work was reasonable and was done on time. I will definitely be calling on Kyle in the future for more projects.

We decided to remodel the master bathroom and wanted to pick out our own tile and accessories(vanity, mirror, etc.). We contacted a number of contractors but none with the price that Kyle had quoted to us. Kyle is very punctual and answers any questions that you may have. We were kind of nervous about the whole thing at first but after the first day we knew that we had made the right choice. Kyle had said that it may take week and a half to two weeks but once Kyle's team - Salvador and Eric came in, there was no looking back. They started on June 24th and were done on the morning of June 30th including all day Saturday. They worked continuously thru the day. 7:00 am to about 5-5:30 everyday. Always on time. Nothing lazy about these guys. Anything that they had any question about they asked. If there was anything that we wanted corrected they had no problem. Always very professional, pleasant and trustworthy. Always very clean. Cleaned up everyday when they were done. It was done just exactly the way that we wanted it done. Good quality! After this remodel, we have the confidence for the next project to let Kyle have more to do with the design. Would most definitely recommend to anyone.

Kyle had many different workers for each job. All of them were professional, polite, cleaned up at the end of each day, and did a great job. We had originally contacted Kyle in April. Due to a family emergency we did not have the work start until the end of June. I think the change of schedule is why the job took a little longer than originally quoted, however Kyle made sure it was done promptly. I recommend Kyle and will use him again in the future.

Did the work according to agreement and did an excellent job

We contacted Kyle Beym for a bid on planned home remodeling project. Kyle came to discuss our project. He left after a 45 minute review and promised to submit his bid. Several weeks passed with no bid or other response so I left a message to assure we hadn't missed his response or perhaps it got sent to junk mail. Now, another week has passed and still no response. The bottom line is that if they don't want the project...just tell us. Lack of communication get's them this review.

I contacted Kyle Beym Home Improvement after seeing his excellent ratings on Angie's List. I was in a pinch to finish some work before company arrived for my daughter's high school graduation party. Kyle came out right away and sized up the job. he was able to re-prioritize some work and he finished the job for me with super high quality and ahead of my aggressive schedule. His workers quickly installed new windoiws and then framed in the remaining spaces. They custom fabricated difficult to get siding shingles - on the job site. They far exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price.

Kyle and his crew did a complete bathroom remodel to include tear out of tile shower stall, tile floors, sink and vanity. He also repaired old plumbing and installed a bathroom fan. The shower stall and floors were re-tiled, no sink and vanity added and the bathroom walls textured and painted. They were also able to replace some pergo flooring adjacent to the bathroom entry. The plumbing was old and in need of repair and some minor electrical work was needed as well. Kyle's team were neat, punctual and did a very professional job for us. We are please with the finished product and would recommend them. This was the second job performed for us by this contractor and we would definitely use him again.

We contacted several contractors prior to starting this project. Out of the various bids we received we decided to proceed with Kyle's company because of his competitive prices and quality of prior jobs. He reviewed our remodeling plans and materials prior to the start of the work and provided recommendations/tips for the bathroom. We purchased the majority of the materials prior to starting and the whole project lasted 7 days and ended on schedule. The workers (Luis & George) arrived on time in the morning and only took an hour off for lunch. Very hard workers that were willing to work late in order to stay on schedule. I fully trust his crew and they would ask us questions during the tile work to ensure our vision was being met. There was no waste of materials and had no problem bringing color samples for us to select from. Kyle would come and check on his crew every other day and he would call us directly to see if there were any issues. This crew made it a point to keep the master bedroom area clean and minimize dust throughout the house. The master bathroom was on the second floor so it was extra difficult to cut tile but they did it all outside to keep the house and pets clean/safe. I wish we could post pictures on here because you would be amazed at the craftsmanship by this crew. We plan to remodel additional rooms in the home and we will hire this company again without hesitation. They are very busy and in high demand and therefore we booked our project about 30 days prior. The bid did not change and everything was honored as described on the original bid. I had no additional costs at the end of the remodel which was a huge relief. We would highly recommend Kyle and his team for your projects.

if you want affordable but professional service, this is not the one. at best their work is marginal quality. Kyle's staff doesn't speak much English, so left the print out for bathroom tile lay out. But they still didn't do it right. it was too late by the time i came home to un-do the work. Kyle is hard to reach and his crew doesn't speak English to communicate. They did a very sloppy job with painting. did not bother to sand down the wall and did not bother to remove fixtures. Did a poor job of covering the fixtures so that paint is everywhere. their plumbing job was so poor, we had to have them come out twice but still left with leaking faucet. We ended up fixing it ourselves. The shower faucet was not installed correctly. They had to come out twice to fix the install. Overall, very poor quality of work and would not recommend for anyone.

Gregorio did a great job. They are very neat and clean. The archway was very difficult and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Great! Small simple job, but I was happy that it was not too small a job for Kyle Beym Home Improvements. They have done a few other jobs here, including interior painting, and exterior brick work. I was happy with all results. Thanks Kyle!

This is the second project we have had Kyle and his crew do for us. Kyle 's team is professional, punctual, and pleasant. Their work is exemplary and they are eager to please insuring customer satisfaction. We already have plans to have Kyle back for phase 3 of our home remodel.
