Jeff was very professional from start to finish. He made himself available the day that we requested a quote for the job. His price to do the job was competitive. We worked into his schedule which was satisfactory for us. It was a two day job and Jeff was clearly in charge of his crew. Clean up was very satisfactory. It went fairly well, although they did subcontract the stump removal to a different company and that company didn't dig out one of the stumps as deep as we would have liked. I was happy with the work that they did. The tree removal was all very well done. They were very professional. They cleaned up everything well. They were on time and punctual. It was everything we wanted.

The work performed was complete and tidy. The planter was ground down to be flush with parking planter. As advised, the damaged fence boards were replaced with existing boards from a less visible place in the yard. Good advice from Pacific Coast Landscaping.

We have lots of trees and it's a big property; like California standards. The work went very well. He's here for two and a half days with his crew. He comes with a group of five. They are in and out. They get rid of everything. We have little bit over an acre of Silver Oak trees, at least five different trees if not more. My husband is the one who set it up and I just wrote the cheque. They are on time. They clean up after themselves. He has been in this business for a long time. He knows a lot about trees, when to cut them and when not to cut them. We have an oak cut and he does not want to cut oaks, as it's warm outside and it would hurt the tree. They are very nice. I am sure he is bonded and insured, I would be surprised if he is not. We would absolutely use their services again in the future.
