Description of Work: I had an appointment with a different company that was a no show so I took to Angie's list to find a local electrician. They answered the phone right away and sent someone same day. He came on time and was very polite and professional. He just changed a few outlets around my house and one in my garage. Electricians are expensive in general but I would prefer to give my money to a company that provides great, timely service. I will definitely call them again!

Description of Work: I called and had the father come to my house to look over the jobs I wanted done. He was going to work up a quote and give me a call and I told him no rush. After 2 1/2 weeks I called them again and explained I had talked to him and would really like a quote. He was not in the time I called but someone in the office said they would let him know. After about four more days of waiting I called another company who gave me an approxiamate quote over the phone, then called the following Monday to send technicians later in the same week.

Description of Work: We had a room without electric to any of the outlets. After some fumbling in getting the work scheduled, Fullerton Electric was professional and easy to work with. As it turns out we had a bad breaker, easily diagnosed and corrected - new breaker - by the technician (according to him!) and a wonderful outcome for us - power once again! We also had an old, broken ceiling fan removed and hauled away. Two important items off my "to do" list and done in less than an hour. Great job!

Description of Work: Don Holly has always been extremely helpful and they do top-notch work. The first time I used this company, it was Christmas Eve, I was headed out of state the next afternoon, and the power went out in half of my house. Don came over to check on the situation and found the problem in the main meter box. We had to have Edison come out to unlock the box as this is a multiple complex, then Don came back out to fix the problem - all on Christmas Eve. This company is great and I would recommend them highly.

I told them what I wanted and what to do before hand and they did it the way that was easiest for them. I would consider their service average. If it was an emergency project I might consider hire them in the future.

+ 0 moreIt was very good. I like them. They are a small and local business. They have good employees and we have been happy with their service. They are also reasonably priced. In fact, we had them return for a third time. It was such a minor repair that he laughed and fixed it at no charge. I thought was really nice. They are punctual. They also wear uniforms with matching vehicles. The boss will always call to verify and follow up the with the work just to double check.
Description of Work: They have done a few jobs for us. They most recently installed two light fixtures on the outside of garage they have also fixed a short.

+ -1 moreWe just bought a house built in 1973 and found out that it had aluminum wiring, which can be a fire hazard. We called up Fullerton Electric to come evaluate the issue. Don Sr. arrived and took a look, and put our fears to rest. He explained how they would pigtail all the aluminum wiring inside the walls by splicing the aluminum wire to copper in such a way that they wouldn't corrode or oxidize (I think). So all the connections at the plugs and fixtures would now be copper, eliminating the fire hazard. We scheduled the work once the house closed escrow, and they came out and did all the work in 2 days after we called. He even asked us what color plugs/sockets we wanted (we went with white). Don was very helpful, and Mo his electrician was great. He even waited for us to come over after work to check out the work before he left.
Description of Work: Replaced all plugs and connections in my 1973 home. Pigtailed all the aluminum wiring so that all the connections are now copper.
