They solved the problem. They even came out on the weekend.

Don seemed like a great guy when he came and did a site analysis. Said he would give me a call the next day. I waited and did not hear anything back for a few days and decided to give him a call to see what happened. He stated that he didn't call because he wasn't interested and wouldn't make money on the job. I asked him to give me a quote that he would do the job for and we can work from there. The next day he called with the quote which was very reasonable, he also took off $150 as I would provide my own dimmers. I gave him the okay on Tuesday to proceed and he said it might be possible to install on Thursday and Friday. Thursday comes along and I still have not heard back so I give Don a call. He stated that he was way to busy and would be able to do the job on Weds and finish on Friday the following week. I was okay with this and set up for 8 am on Weds. I called Don yesterday to confirm installation for tomorrow and he stated that he will not do the job because he wasn't making any money of the job. Honestly, Don has trouble calling customers back as well as holding himself accountable to his promises. I do not like to leave negative feedback but I felt it was my obligation to inform the community of his blatant lack of customer service.

These guys are top notch. Very professional and reasonable pricing with no shortcuts. They pulled permits and kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to troubleshoot an electrical issue in my kitchen in about 10 minutes while the first electrician I called was not able to figure it out. My car chargers and service panel are now installed neatly, to code, and most importantly are safe to use. Do not hesitate to give them a call.

The guy from Fullerton Electric is very responsive. He will keep you informed on what’s going on.

I was going to have Fullerton Electricity come out as my fuse has blewn and the I could not fix it. I called to make an appt and they just walked me through how to fix it at no charge. I have some other things that I need done as well but have not been able to connect again to have them actually come out. But I definitely would just by the help they did over the phone at no charge. After reading the reviews on Angie's list I chose Fullerton Electric. The owner was excellent and responsive. However the employee they sent, Pete, was less than average. I wanted my flat screen TV installed over the fireplace and I wanted additional outlets made in several rooms. From the beginning Pete was less than enthusiastic about the work. Even my housekeeper commented how he was "moaning & groaning" as he proceeded. He seems to be a competent electrician, but had no interest in the finished product. When he finished the outlets he left gaping holes in the drywall & thought that was o.k. One of the outlets in my daughter's bedroom still doesn't have a cover around it. The TV installation was a nightmare. Admittedly, it was difficult. The installer from Costco couldn't install it properly (electrical wires very visible). The problem was that the chimney made the installation very difficult. Pete worked on it but wasn't, very successful. I complained to the owner, Don Holly, who sent Pete back to do it right. It took him all day to install the TV. Don Holly also sent a painter to fix the gaps in the wall at the outlets, for which he didn't charge. I might be willing to hire them again, but only if they didn't send Pete to do the job.

The whole experience went very well. Don returned our call and worked with us on our availability. We ended up getting what we asked for and we even had his employee (Jeff) return to install more lights because they made our home look nice and the price was right. Jeff was polite, punctual and best of all knowledgeable.

I just told you the story. I reall;y have trouble remembering things anymore. I have a mobile home & I was told I was lucky they came at all. They said no other electrician would come out.

They seem professional and they did the job as requested.

Overall it went very well. I felt throughout as though the electrician knew his business and would see that my problem was solved.

He came on time indicated, gave me two options to fix it. He quickly replaced the lite fixture.

I discovered Fullerton in Angies List. Don Holly responded promptly to our request for information . Their written quote was competitive with other quotes received. Upon detailed discussion of the scope of work and schedule, we employed Fullerton. They were willing to schedule the work with minimum disruption to our family. Their work was thorough, prompt and professional. I would recommend Fullerton Electric, without qualification, for any electrical work. I can't imagine a project of this kind going more smoothly.

I called Fullerton Electric after reading the reviews on Angie's List. They were very cooperative with scheduling a date to come to my house. I was getting no power to the outlet for my washer and dryer. Jeff arrived on the day scheduled after calling me to let me know he was on the way and his estimated arrival. He was thorough in checking for all the probable causes for my problem and was really nice about answering all of my questions. He found the trouble, repaired it and added a new outlet plate in under an hour. I will use Fullerton Electric for all my future electric needs.

I found this company on Angie's list. I liked the reviews. When I called the number, I got Don Sr. immediately. We arranged to meet at the house I'm moving to for an estimate. Don checked all the outlets in the house to confirm if all those with the three prong outlet were grounded; one was not. He covered the best and worst case scenarios for routing wire to all the outlets I wanted grounded. Best case was that they'd run the ground wire along with the romex when they built the house in 1960; after all some of the outlets were grounded. Worst case was cutting holes in walls and the high end of the estimate. He called me the next day with the estimate for the work. I can't remember what the low end was, but $1800 was the high end if ground wires had to be run to each of the outlets I wanted to ground. That included two Panasonic vent fans, one with a light. We were able to schedule the work to start the following Monday (of Thanksgiving week). I met Don and the assigned electrician, Pete, that morning, and we reviewed the work to be done. After opening a few outlets, we were not finding any lucky 1960 grounding wire. That shot the low end of the estimate out! Between that little hitch, and one of their commercial clients who was having an emergency, we agreed to try again the next day. The plan was to send a 2nd electrician to help Pete. Pete was able to come back that same afternoon and take care of installing the bathroom fans. The house did not make it easy. There was concrete in the way most of the places Pete needed to drill through. It took 4" hole saw cuts through the walls in many of the locations, so he could drill from the top. We were in the process of having everything painted at the time, so the holes were not as much of a hassle as they would have been otherwise. He was able to spare the one wall that had just been re-plastered perfectly smooth. It took a day and a half and many trips under the house to get all the targeted outlets grounded. That's in addition to the first afternoon installing the bathroom fans. I think I got my money's worth! I definitely plan to call Fullerton Electric again.

They were great, I will use them all the time. They were very professional and did the job in a very short amount of time. They came within 30 minutes of my calling them on a Saturday.

He did an outstanding job. It was pretty expensive and I thought the price was fair. He was very professional and also very thorough. He made me feel like that I could leave my wife and kids and going forward we wouldn’t have the same problem. I thought it was going to be more than what he had charged. They were good and we would definitely want them to come more and visit us. I didn’t know about the cause and I just knew that I wanted it taken care of and it to work properly. I needed not to have a fire in my home and he assured me on every point that it was good to go and I haven’t had any problems since then.

The reason I took Mr. Holly out of all the other electricians was because he was the only electrician who told me what time he would get here. I expect a hundred per cent from anybody that I hire. The people from Fullerton Electric are very polite. They try to keep you comfortable; they are not rude or obnoxious and they don't bother you. Mr. Holly wanted me to be comfortable with the fan and TV set on, as well as the refrigerator. So, he made sure that all those three things were done. When my husband had questions, he would write them down and I would call Mr. Holly and convey those to him. And Mr. Holly would say it's no problem and would be taken care of the next day. The job was done in two days.

They did quite well and everybody was satisfied. They had a lot of reviews online for them and it turned out to be just like they said. They were very detail oriented. The cost was reasonable and the quality showed in the care and attention to detail. I didn’t pay for it but it was a good price. They were quick in responding. I just happened to work out with their schedule, so that worked out well. They were on time. We had no complaints at all.

Overall the experience was very positive. The contractor was responsive, punctual and completed the work quickly.

The job was bid and completed within a very few days of my original telephone call to Fullerton Electric at exactly the quoted price. I was very particular about the placement of the lights, and the electrician was very patient as we marked the location of each can precisely. The job was completed in about a half-day and the clean-up was excellent. We have no reservations about calling them back for other work in the future.

Called in the morning, electrician showed up within an hour. Diagnosed that the problem was with Edison. Electrician called Edison for me.

Don comes whenever I need him. If I have an emergency he will be there within a couple of hours.

Don Holly is very good. He pays attention to what I want and makes it right. Don is an honest person in spite of what disaster he has gotten himself into. There are so many variables involved. I will always deal with Don for any of my electrical work. He also has a good crew working for him, they pay attention to what you want and to what they can and cannot do.
