+ -1 moreWanted repair and upgrade to my existing lawn sprinkler system (just purchased the house)Joshua Mitchell seemed like a nice guy when I FINALLY got him to come over to bid the job. (sure wish I had signed up for Angie's List before getting a recommendation to use this guy from a neighbor friend of his and I could have avoided the frustration.) He was very erratic from the start about coming over continually breaking meeting time promises for various reasons / excuses. That should have been my first clue. Finally, he came out and we walked the job. Not very long after that he gave me an expensive bid via email and promised to come out.....breaking several dates...... but then he dropped off the face of the earth. Wouldn't return any communications at all for over a two months now. Many calls to office, many calls to cell phone, text to cell phone and email.....NOTHING. He just dropped me like a bad habit for no discernible reason. I feel lucky that I did not make the mistake of having him do work for me. I can see now why all his reports so far are F grade. Be very wary of doing business with this company.....there are many better choices on Angie's list I'm sure.

Underestimated bid, does not perform promised work, intrudes into your personal life (must be entertained), Guarantee is worthless, substandard materials used, substituted items picked with inferior quality products but charged more than better quality items, the work he does will begin to fall apart after two years (do not let him shorten the statute of limitation from four years to two). Very personable but his word is worth nothing.
Description of Work: Hired to landscape the whole backyard at our new home. Installed lawn, raised areas, patio and concrete work, installed trees and plants.
