 + -1 more85% of the time he would "skip" weeks and I would not see him for 2-4 weeks. It was very unusual for him to complete a full month without absences. When I would call to find out when he would service my pool, he would respond that he was "so backed up and busy" with other pools due to "rain", "wind", "algae", etc...He always claimed he would get to my pool that week; however most of the time he would not show up until several weeks later. I often wondered who's pool was getting first priority, and why my pool was always dead last!
Description of Work: Bruce, owner of West Coast Pools "serviced" my pool for about 1 1/2 years. I use the term "service" loosley. We agreed he would come out every week on Thursdays to brush, skim, empty skimmer baskets, hose down deck, check equipment, check chemical levels, and add chemicals if needed. I would provide chemicals.

 + -1 morePicked up the filters and brought them back the next day. Took the time to explain how to back wash the pump and a few other things. Very nice and informative.

 + -1 moreI LIKED THAT THE EVEN HAULED AWAY MY OLD ONE. THEY ALSO WERE VERY POLITE WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T WANT MY NEW ONE IN THE SAME SPOT THAT MY OLD ONE SAT.
