Barry Watkins remodeled my family room and it looks wonderful! I'm so pleased. I had him lay floor tile in the traffic areas so that it "flowed" in curves around the carpet in the center of the room. Other contactors didn't want to talk to me when I mentioned tile laid in "S" curves, but Barry had no problem with it. I also had him install crown molding with lights behind it which provides great ambient light. That was a little tricky because the lights had to go through the columns that are part of the fireplace structure, but he managed it just fine. The fireplace had to be partially redone to lower the mantel to allow for my huge TV, but it matches perfectly. I can't even tell what was redone. The fireplace was painted in 3 different shades to accent the architectural features. Ceramic tile was also laid in the laundry room and hallway and those rooms were painted as well. I must say that Barry was very easy to work with and was very reasonably priced. I will use him again on my next remodeling project!
