countless construction errors, code violations, lack of communication, arrogant and abrasive communications, dis-honest, lack of follow through. House has in-adequate HVAC, On demand hot water lacks recirculating system so now we waste water. Home is supposed to be energy efficient, but we see daylight around exterior doors. Items pointed out on final walk through still not resolved / addressed 18 months later. Peter Castanos most rude and arrogant member of this inept team and shouldn't be involved in any customer interaction. Sales agent dishonest about lot availability, homes that became availability, and gave different pricing depending on whether she liked you or not. Many options for the home that state throughout the home, had exclusions not mentioned in the contract and their response was simply we just don't do that. Oil rubbed bronze fixtures throughout home, however laundry room had cheap plastic chrome faucet and builder wouldn't replace without a $400 charge. Home has option for 8 ft doors throughout, however two doors were standard height. Their response was we don't do that. Courtyard option stated masonry wall, however it was built out of 2X8 pine, plywood (OSB), and stucco. Many neighbors unhappy.

OUR FAMILY JUST LOVES OUR NEW HOUSE. THE COMPANY BUILT EVERYTHING THE WAY WE WANTED IT, AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

WE ARE IN LOVE WITH OUR NEW HOME. THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS OUTSTANDING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BUILD A NEW HOUSE.

THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS TERRIBLE. THE PEOPLE WHO I SPOKE WITH JUST SAID WE BUILT YOUR HOME FOR YOU AND THAT WAS IT. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SERVICE IT FOR ME. I HAD TO TAKE THEM BEFORE THE LICENSED CONTRACTING BOARD TO GET MY BACKYARD FIXED.

THEY HAD GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS, THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY HOME. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED DURING THE PROCESS OF BUILDING IT AND ALLOWED ME TO CUSTOM MAKE MY OWN HOME. THEY BUILD A GOOD QUALITY HOME.
