Rafael did the pressure wash. He did an excellent job and he was very professional. I am very pleased!!!!

Unfortunately, when they said they were done, I had to point out that they forgot 1 window completely, did not take off 2-3 screens to clean window panes underneath, did not do a final walkthrough to catch any drips that might have needed attention. They stated they clean screens but did not wipe around the frames to remove dirt before replacing them. Upon removing my screens from inside my home, I broke off my blooms on my orchid and never even mentioned it, and set the blooms on top to hide it. I had to barrow my step stool as they did not have one. Quoted a price than halfway through the job stated that they forgot to add a fee so the price went up. In my opinion, it is all about the details, I was generous with a rate of 2 stars, but will not recommend or use them again.
