Terminix - Fresno -Termite & Pest Control

The job was bad. They were going to charge 4 times as suggested price. They had lied about what the fixing was needed. They gave no paperwork for the plan, only a bill but with no copy given. Another company came and informed me of addition work that was needed. Suggest complaining to he pest control board (SPCB), which will make sure the job was done properly, the BBB which will rate the company and keep the complaint for 3-5 years, the Department of Ag if problems with the construction company problems, and the FTC. I also got a lawyer, which may take a period of time. The bureaus I gave took one month and was given no charge, Where I had to go to another company to fix the job.

Pretty good. The service man was excellent did a great job. The telephone company they rely on was not great. Would not give me the local number and told me he had answered my question. Only reconmendation is get a business card from your service man and call him directly. Especially if yoh have animals you want to tell him about.

Canceled the work as not as ordered

The service man completed work but used a spreader to put down some insecticide similar in consistency to fertilizer to get rid of the bugs. Unfortunately he also spread the insecticide over the cool deck next to my swimming pool. When this was discovered, a phone call was placed to the local office who in turn transferred to a supervisor in Phoenix. The supervisor was sympathetic and apologized for the poor service that was done. The supervisor also suggested we take some photos of the contaminated area. We performed the cleanup to prevent the insecticide from getting into our pool. We never received another call from either the supervisor or anyone from the local office. Poor service!! We are cancelling our service are looking for a new pest control company.

I've never had any bugs. They are excellent. I recommend it to everybody I know. I would use them again in the future.

The service they did was fine. They do that pretty well. They come out and they could trip to get us more traps, always take care of the problem when it comes up. I would use this provider again in the future.

It was good. They were on time, thorough and complete.

My previous provider spent more time on the property and swept the cobwebs down on each visit. I doubt if the service man is at fault, probably has to cover a lot of residents in this area.

I called another pest control company(Clark) they never called me back. So I called Terminix. And got service the next day. Jim came out and was very nice and answered all our questions. He even set up to have Mike come out to do a free termite inspection. Thank God no signs of termites. But I was surprised when Mike came out maybe two hours after Jim left. I expected maybe two days or more would go by before anyone would call. What service. I even made appointments to have them spray our two rentals down the street tomorrow. Thank you Terminix . I will recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of service. Good job well done Jim and Mike.

I have not seen any bugs since I have worked with them. This tells me that they are doing their job very well. I have been using them for 15 years. They do residential and commercial.

Terminix did a great service. I am happy with the work. It's the billing that has been a mess. That they need to improve upon. There were changed in dates for service because of the tenants. They did the work after sending the contract by email and I gave them my credit card number. They didn't bill the credit card. They said they would send a bill by mail. The bill sent didn't have my name on it. It had the name of the tenants. I wasn't going to pay a bill that wasn't accurate. I waited 2 weeks for the corrected one. So eventually I authorized a payment by credit card.

They experience was excellent overall. They were very thorough and they got the problem taken care of, plus they offered a two year follow-up on their service.

They are very accomadating, if they have to come back a second time there is no fee. They give a military discount. You do not have to leave your house for them to do their service.

They come every 3 months, and take care of any issues.

They were okay. If I needed it I would use them again.

Inspector was on time and did an excellent through job. Report was in my E-mail that after noon.

They do really good work. They got rid of all the ants and I didn't know that was part of the service.

We have a regular service with them and they come out quarterly to do our home. We pay $80 quarterly. Our home is huge; it is about 4000 sq feet. The price is reasonable. If you have a problem in between quarters you can call them and they would come down for free. If the treatment expires they come back and re-treat whatever needs to be re-treated. There is nothing I dislike about them. I like that they call ahead of time and let you know they are coming. They email you ahead of time and let you know they are coming and when they are coming so that you can open your gates and keep your animals inside and that kind of thing.

I pay monthly, so I don’t pay each time and it is $135 each month. They come out quarterly for the regular preventive treatment. I found some extra monsters and they came out and did a special treatment for that and that was for the interiors. The treatment is all included in the monthly amount I pay. I like that they are easy to deal with and I can go on line or over the phone, they make it really easy to schedule an appointment. They are pretty responsive to my calls for extra appointments and I hardly even notice that they were here. They are also convenient. I have more preventative than anything else, but it is working. The workers that come out are excellent and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t necessarily give them an A on price because I don’t think that they are the cheapest, but obviously I am going with them so I don’t mind.

The work went very well. They did a thorough job. They kept me very well informed. Nothing was broken. They were very helpful. I recommend them highly. I would use their service in the future too.

I pay $88 every quarter. I would use their services in the future too because I have contracted with them for a year.

WHEN THEY HAD CAME OUT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE AND TIMELY. LATER ON, HOWEVER, THEY STARTED OUT REALLY GOOD BUT THEN STARTED TO SLACK OFF. THEY DID HOWEVER CLEAN UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB.

WELL THERE AREN'T ANY BUGS WHEN THEY GET DONE SO I GUESS YOU COULD SAY THEY DO A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR A WHILE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE. WE CAN ALWAYS RELY ON THEM TO SHOW UP ON TIME AND THEIR PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. THEY DO THE JOB WELL, AND IF WE NEED ANYTHING THEY ALWAYS COME OUT AS SOON AS THEY CAN TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

THE ONE THING THAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS COMPANY, THAT I HAVE FOUND WITH ANY OTHERS IS THAT THEY SPRAY MY HOUSE AND MY GARAGE ALL FOR ONE LOW PRICE OF JUST 56 DOLLARS PER MONTH.
