Description of Work: I received a quote from Synthetic Grass Solutions. After I received their quote, I never received a call back from the company.

+ -1 moreI received a quick initial call back. I sent in check and was text that project would be started in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I had heard nothing., I called; no return call. I called partner who was apologetic (sincerely) and said he would get to the project the following Monday. HE said he would call me back. He did not. Workers showed up on Tuesday unannounced.
Description of Work: I requested a written warranty on product and service. I did not get one. Product has weeds growing through it (I had been told this would NOT happen) Product is separating and wrinkling (I was told this would NOT happen) So far, no effort to has been made to fix problems.
