Appt was for 8:00am. No follow up call after appt was made. Technician showed up at 9:30. Said their policy was a two hour window? Lucky I didn’t leave. However the tech was great very professional

We had questions after service was performed, and had difficulty reaching the company.... A part was purchased and appeared to cost more than it should have. We got nothing but double talk about the cost of the part. No adjustment to the price was offered. Also the washer repaired is a front loader, and will not operate if not balanced, the repairman did not make sure the machine was functional before he left. He also wore his pants so low, we had view of the technician we did not need to see, not very professional. We do not recommend them.

The tech that came to our home was on time, explained our problem and told us the cost so we could make an informed decision about how to handle the repair. I would recommend Anthony to anyone needing repair work done. We were very pleased with their service and will use them again when we need work done.

The people that came out were very nice. They listened to my elderly mothers' concerns and did a good job replacing the gasket on her freezer. Pricing was fair.

They were very good about setting up an appointment and then calling when they were on their way. Very punctual and reliable. George was very helpful and took the time to take care of the 3 extra repair needs I added to my original request. One repair was just a matter of putting a screw in the lid of my washer so it would start when the lid closed. He didn't even charge me for it. He was neat and professional and I would definitely call him for my future repair needs. I highly recommend him!

Honest technician informed me that my washer wasn't worth fixing and why. I appreciated the honesty and have since purchased and received a new washer. Although technician didn't actually repair my washer, he gave me creditable advise.
