Did a great job. They are going out of their way to find a part.

These guys were outstanding. Gave me a 10am to noon appointment window, and were at my house at 10 on the dot. Extremely courteous and professional technicians diagnosed the problem within minutes, and even though they had to go pick up a part, the job was completed within just under 90 minutes from their initial arrival time. AND they left me the old part they had replaced, which nobody seems to do anymore. Totally satisfied and would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair.

I had their tectnition come out to check the baking element on my Jenn-Air oven. He checked and said it was the baking element. He gave me a price for parts and repair. I had already checked the part price on line myself and discovered I could get the part online much cheaper. I told him and he said what he would do, if I had his company install it. He said the $75.00 would come off of the installation charge. He then called the office and whoever he talked to, told him I could only get a $55.00 credit to go toward the install! I ordered and received the part then called his office and was told the tech gave me the incorrect information. Installation would be an astronomical fee of $200.00 to remove two screws, undo the two connections and merely reattach the two connectors of the new part, and put the screws back in. Therefore the price of installation would be $200-$55= $145.00. (highway robbery). I then called an oven repair person, that had been referred to me by Clovis Appliance, whom I SHOULD have used in the first place! He came out for his Service fee and told me he could change it; however, said many times when the element blows out it's due to a relay switch in the control panel going out, and the parts not even available anymore. So, if he installs it, and it doesn't work, I won't be able to return the part for the $75.00 that I was charged. I knew they wouldn't refund my money for the part if it had been installed, because they had told me so. SUPER AIR & APPLIANCE had never told me that it could be the control panel to. At that point, I thought, what the heck, what do I have to lose. If the new element doesn't work, I'm going to have to get a new oven anyway! He installed the part as I described, two screws, reconnect to the new part and HE WAS EXACTLY RIGHT, it didn't work. It was the control panel in conjunction with the element that went out! Had I had SUPER AIR & APPLIANCE REPAIR change the element I would have wound up with it NOT working either. They are VERY POOR communicators and would have taken me for EVEN more money! I would NEVER put them on you're recommended suppliers! I guess, next comes the BBB!!!

He gave an honest appraisal of my refrigerator's condition. He even gave me a coil brush to keep it clean!

On time and thorough. Did not have the part on the truck. Returned in 30 minutes to install part to fix my refrigerator. Great job.

The service was prompt and professional. My only issue was the price of the replacement part, but that wasn't their fault. It was just an expensive part. We compared their quote to the price online and it was the same price everywhere.

Our Refrigerator stopped working on Sunday. I called Super Air Repair on Monday morning and talked with the repair man right away. He was at our house in less than a hour. Repaired the refrigerator for a fair price. It is still working great. Yes I do recommend Super Air Repair.
