All went very well. I was very familiar with SNL's service and quality of work from two previous calls to my previous home. He showed up early, showed me the problem, and corrected it. Absolutely satisfied with the service call.

He just came in today, so I can't tell you if it's great but I think it has been. We belong to a maintenance club that you call and then they call and set someone to come out. You pay yearly for it and if anything happens to your air conditioning, your heat, your stove, your refrigerator or anything. It's expensive but our house is older so we thought it would be smart. This is who they sent out, I didn't pick them the maintenance company sent them out. I don't know what the company really charges because I pay the maintenance company who pays them. We have a $65 deductible. If he stays 10 hours it's $65, if he stays 2 minutes it's $65 and if they have to buy me a new dishwasher it's $65. It's a different set up. We also pay about $400 a year so when anything goes wrong you have to remember to call the maintenance or your amount you pay is not worth it. The price was great because I think a plumber is about $120. I have no idea what SNL charges. The quality was great. I called on a Friday and he was here on a Monday. They were clean, neat and fast. They were also honest.

Our stove went out late in the evening. Called SNL early in the morning and within 20 minutes the Technician arrived. He was very professional, had all the parts available in his van, found the problem, did some cleaning of spills we created, and replaced the part which had died. I would highly recommend this service provider to anyone with an appliance problem.
