 + -1 moreThey do a great job. They usually remind me when it is time to do the service. They send a service person out and he does the job. He is on time and does what he is supposed to. He checks the equipment. If there is a problem, they notify us and we have them make the repairs. They are reasonable in their cost. I trust them more than a lot of other people.
Description of Work: They did an annual check up on two peices of equipment in our house.

 + -1 moreA simple replacement of the condenser fan that went out on a rental property. This was an old unit and it just so happened that they had a new fan on their truck for the job. It took about 2 hours for the inspection and install of the part.
Description of Work: I have used this company numerous times and had good results with them. They are very professional and thorough with their work. The price may be a bit high but the service and quality of work is the key here.

 + -1 moreThey pumped air into our air-ducts and found a 23% loss of air. They fixed this and got it down to 7.9% and are coming back to see if they can fix it more. The approximate cost is for the initial service and for the work that was done.
Description of Work: They did a duct blow-out for us in our home. They repaired the ducts.

Description of Work: We needed our semi-annual maintenance of our system. They arrived promptly, explained the details for the winter inspection of our equipment. A few minor adjustments and we were ready for the winter season. We, have a 20 year old system and appreciate the fact that they keep it functioning smoothly

 + -1 moreThey are game on type. They tested the ducts and found that I had 56% air loss. Repaired some duct work and brought it down to 14% air loss. Replaced my a/c with a brand new unit. Works great. Couldn't be happier.

 + -1 moreTHE AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE DID A SUPERB JOB FIXING THE THERMOSTAT ON MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL ON A 100 DEGREE DAY, WHICH WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
