Signature Pools

All of them were extremely pleased with the outcome and customer service they received. We added Signature to our list of potential pool builders and continued to gather information from everyone we could, including industry professionals. No one had a single negative thing to say about Signature Pools. We considered other companies, but the customer service we received through the design and bidding process made it clear that Signature was the only choice for us. We felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and had confidence that we made the right selection. We worked directly with the owner of Signature, Bob Mellon, throughout construction. He is an amazing person and businessman, who truly approaches every task with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism. We had clear ideas about what we wanted, and Bob was able to create a beautiful pool and spa that was beyond our imagination and expectations. Every sub-contractor he used was professional and competent. He only does things the right way - this became clear early on, and I nicknamed him "Mr. Above and Beyond." His prices are competitive - if someone else gives you a cheaper bid, look closely to see if it is actually a better value. And keep in mind, that sometimes you get what you pay for when it comes to customer service. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Signature Pools and the outcome of our pool construction.
