Description of Work: I called them twice before getting a call back. Said he would be by on Wednesday. Didn't show. I called him a few days later and left a message to see if he would be coming out and never got a call back.

Description of Work: Installed new 3.5 ton Lennox roof A/C and heating unit and retrofitted ducting to bring it up to code.

 + -1 moreI had checked around and they were more reasonable than a lot of other places that I had called. They were recommended by a good friend of mine. I have used him for a number of years. The owner is a good guy and has a smaller business, unlike some of the other companies in the area. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Santiago's Heating & Air Conditioning to install a new heating and air conditioning unit.
