I can say once they do the service I do not see any bugs. Their price is reasonable and they provide a good value.

Fabulous! Required two visits, scheduled and executed promptly. The manager was on site for both visits. The team went above and beyond what was required to add pigeon protection where they saw needed when they were on the roof of this 2 story house. Very nice cleanup of the side walls and grounds after washing the roof. Much better than the people I hired 3 years ago to do my house. Much more honest and realistic about what would work and what was just a waste of money.

I liked that they day before he would call me to let me know he will be out there. Even if he calls and I don't pick the phone he e-mail to let me know he will be there the next day. He is prompt as well as good with the service as well.

Service went really well. I was trying to get a termite inspection clearance, so they provided the service. They did a good job. They had one of their service men actually go on the bottom of the house, where it is all dusty and really cramped, to inspect it. The house is made out of wood siding and a lifted foundation, so the service was necessary. They were very friendly, and were there on time. Turns out the house did have to be tented, but the process was not bad. It was a weekend thing and they provided us with the bags and all the instructions necessary to get ready for it. The original price was higher than the one listed, but because we were on a deadline with the mortgage company to get it done by a certain time and would include some penalty fees, they were willing to drop down the price and work with me. Overall, they did a great job.

We live in a gated community. He didn't always know the code (in fairness we didn't either),but he wouldn't call us so we could let him in. He didn't spray all around the house always (forgetting the back) and just doing the front. When I called about this skipping of a month, the front office was rude and not helpful. They said he couldn't get in for that month, and I guess hoped I had not heard that, but wouldn't adjust the bill to exclude that month. When I called to cancel my service today, the customer service I received was disgusting. Again told I owed for the month that no service was rendered, and when I refused to pay for that month, she was huffy and hung up on me! Lousy customer service!

Overall it was horrible. Would not recommend, would not repeat

I hired San Joaquin Pest Control back in June of 2012 because my previous pest control service was not showing up when they were scheduled. SJPC sent Chuck out to do a full interior and exterior service and he assured me that he understood that sticking to the schedule was important to me. After about 6 months of service, I give this company an A+ for punctuality, efficiency and responsiveness, as well as just doing a great job at keeping my home bug-free. I recently had an unexpected family member stay in my home while transitioning to his new home and he brought cockroaches within his moving boxes, which we spotted running through the garage. I called SJPC to see what they could do and was surprised when they offered to send Chuck out immediately (that day!). I decided to push the appointment back a couple days til our guest had moved out, but Chuck showed up right on time, as scheduled, and saturated our garage floors to kill any cockroaches left behind. This really seems to be a great company to work with and I must say that I feel like we are in good hands with Chuck. I highly recommend them!

They are reliable and their price is fair.

I thought that I had termites. They came out and checked my house. They were honest and told me I didn't have termites, but I had ants. They started spraying my house once a month, and now they're gone. They call me the day before they come and give me a time. Their prices are comparable. The quality of their work is very good.

I had termite concerns in my 50 year old home. I had them come out for an inspection. I did in fact, have a small infestation. They suggested I should have my house tented. As a responsible home owner, I decided to go ahead with the tenting, which is a 3 day process. During that time I was burglarized. All of my electronics, and jewelry was stolen. The insurance company has launched an investigation, because they feel this is part of an apparent pattern, possibly connected to San Joaqin Pest Control. San Joaqin will not respond to the police request for an interview, and that has caused problems with my insurance company. San Joaqin removed the tent, even though the police asked them to wait. They did not clean up after themselves, and left damage. Their pricing for the job was comparable, if you don't count the loss. They threatened to take me to collection, if I didn't pay the bill. They arrived when they said they were going to arrive. I would NEVER use them again.

We have a monthly service. I am on a yearly contract with them for termites. It is a really worthwhile service to have because we do have a termite problem in California. I pay a yearly fee and if we find termites, it is treated under that contract and I do not pay extra for that so it is a very good thing. I have not compared the cost. I have used them for over 15 years. I would use them again in the future. I am not going to cancel the contract.

I asked them to leave a bird's nest alone while they were working and they were very careful to do that. I priced them with others and they were really competitive without being too low. I have been using them for over a year and they have been great.

The tech was late, rude and just did a shoty job over all. Not impressedand hellip; and I wish I wasn't in a contract for 9 more months because I would have kicked them to the curb a long time ago. Please if you can avoid them do. I got the same level of treatment when I called it to complain. Still waiting for their "Manager" to call me... It's almost been a month and still no phone call. Do not get into a contract with them... I regret it 100%

Great experience with professional, knowledgeable and friendly worker. Like having a discovery channel narrator visit your house and eliminate your insect problem simultaneously.

I HAVE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE WHILE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH ANY PESTS AROUND MY HOUSE OR IN THE INTERIOR OF MY HOME. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THEY HAVE BEEN AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK FOR. THEY CAME EVERY TIME I CALL. EVEN IF ITS A NEW PEST THEY WILL STILL FIND A WAY TO KILL IT OR REMOVE IT FOR THE YARD.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY ARE ON TIME AND THEY DO WHAT IS NEEDED. THEY MAKE SURE THAT WHAT THEY ARE TOLD NEEDS TO BE DONE IS COMPLETED, BEFORE THE LEAVE FOR THE DAY.

THE PRICE WAS AVERAGE. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DO ON MY PROPERTY WITH THE PEST CONTROL. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND ARE IN A CHEERFUL MOOD.

I PAY A MONTHLY FEE, AND I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BUGS AGAIN. THEY COME ON A SCHEDULE AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO BE HOME. THEY'RE GOOD AND THOROUGH, AND I'M NOT SPENDING A FORTUNE.

I HAVE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WHILE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THE ONLY PROBLEMS THAT HAVE HAD OCCURRED WAS THE RECURRENCE OF ANTS AROUND THE HOUSE. OTHERWISE I AM PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

WE THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD. I PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN VERY SOON.
