Description of Work: House trim was painted, also front door color was changed. Manuel was prompt and easy to work with. He was involved with the entire job and had 2 assistants with excellent skills The job was finished in 1 day. Manuel has a refreshing sense of humor which was a bonus. Bottom line, the result looks wonderful.

Description of Work: He did a get job painting the house and both sides of a fence (we provided materials for the over 500 feet long). The overall grade of B was because his prep work was only cleaning the surfaces and wouldn't do minor repairs.

+ 0 moreHe was very nice and very polite. I had three different guys come out and I chose a different guy because I felt very comfortable with him. Salas would have probably done a good job. All three estimates were within a couple of hundred dollars.

+ -1 moreMr. Salas arrived on time having called first to make sure we were ready. He, and part of the time, 2 helpers completed the job the same day (9 hours) He painted the ceiling and bas boards which were not contracted for but he said needed to be done. He cleaned up very well

+ -1 moreHe charged us exactly what he said he would, even when we changed our minds after the kitchen was complete and had him paint it all blue instead of just having an accent wall. They also worked quickly, it was all done in 2 days. Mr. Salas is very nice and wants to keep his clients happy. My only complaint is that they were a little messy and I do have some paint left on my carpet. Also, my blinds were left up when they painted (we hadn't moved in yet) and there is some paint spray on them that I had to scrape off. Next time I would take the blinds down myself. They had a few areas of wall where they were supposed to patch before they painted and they were messier and more noticeable than I would have liked. All in all though, I am very happy and never would have painted the place myself. Basically my house went from a very dark house to a bright cheery one, all with a clean coat of paint! Every inch of the house before was tan (even the ceilings) and I am so happy with the results now that it's painted; it is a totally different house. I would hire them again and recommend them.
Description of Work: I hired them to paint the interior of my home, all walls and ceilings. They did a great job on the painting and let us pick as many colors as we wanted. The cost of paint was included in the estimate. They were referred to me by my Realtor.

+ -1 moreMr Salas, the proprietor, was both professional and friendly from the onset. He provided a fair quote and delivered on budget. His team, who appeared to be mostly family, was friendly and competent. I personally put a great deal of stock in a service deliverer's disposition and personality. I don't like to have grumpy, unpleasant people in my home. The entire team from Salas Painting were so agreeable that I would have them back in my home again, even for coffee and desert.
Description of Work: We hired Salas painting to first paint the interior of our house. We chose several different colors for various rooms of our house.
