Description of Work: he filled in a trench the plumbers left when they replaced pipe across my driveway. The job seemed overpriced for an hour plus of labor & another 3 hours of watching the cement dry.

Description of Work: Enlarged driveway and created new walkways. The work was done on time, crew worked very well with saburit's supervision. He was on top of every phase of the work. He is in the process of completing another walkway job. The forms are set and the concrete truck arrives at 7 tomorrow. |

 + -1 moreDavid Saburit (the owner) came out very promptly and provided me with a proposal. He then returned with his crew (again very promptly). They broke up and removed the existing slab, then formed, poured and finished the new slab. In his standard contract David specifically excludes covering any damage to underground water lines (due to the unknown nature of there whereabouts). However, after they had left the site I turned on the sprinkler system and found that a pipe had been broken during the concrete installation and was leaking badly. Despite the fact that he specifically excludes this kind of damage, David came back out and fixed the broken pipe. I would certainly recommend Saburit Concrete and would use them again myself.
