+ -1 moreOrdered on Monday. Waited until Wednesday to receive a call. No call received so I called and left a message for the provider and no return call and no service performed.
Description of Work: They were supposed to perform a roof maintenance and I had already had a roof leak so needed somebody to come out. I purchased one of the Big Deals for a maintenance package.

+ -1 moreHe was done in a couple of hours. All potential leaks were patched, all flashings and vents sealed. He did everything he said he would do.
Description of Work: Ray Wilson (owner) inspected a roof for us on a house we were buying. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and honesty. After escrow closed, we had him do repair work and certify the roof for two years. I has been watertight through the recent heavy rains, and considering the previous poor condition of the roof, that's a great accomplishment. Great guy, prompt service, great work. Sometimes he's hard to reach by phone, but that's because he's very busy (a good sign!).
