ROGER'S PAINTING

Didn't show on scheduled day. I called the office 3 hours later. Was told that he was busy painting a mural at local school. Would get back to me. I asked why I wasn't notified that he wouldn't be here and was told that one of the office workers was out. Called the office 3 times the next day and never received a call back. Received a letter 2 weeks later telling me that they were now too busy with commercial jobs to be able to do the job for me that had been previously scheduled.

Great service! Reliable and reasonable price .Always provided updates on progress. Project was on time and performed to my expectations. Staff and workers are trustworthy and happy to help.

In July 2016, Mr. Roger, who was very nice, provided me with a quote and a contract for the interior paint service. I agreed and was ready to proceed with his service but his office kept changing the starting dates. After waiting for almost 5 months, they finally promised they would start painting on November 28, 2016. They showed up and verbally went through the procedures and promised to start the work the next day but they never showed up and never bother to let us know why. I called several times and finally his office staff told me they were short of staff and couldn't start the work. I could have called to inform as soon as they knew they couldn't help but instead they chose to waste my time. I don't like to spend my time complaining about businesses but how Roger's Painting conducts their business is not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because they don't value you as a customer.

Two years later.....and my kitchen is still beautiful. Roger is a very nice friendly man. He runs a professional business. He listened to what I wanted done and the results are beautiful.

This company with fabulous. They were very easy to get a long with and great to work with. I didn't like the colors originally but he helped make some new samples and he came up color turned out beautiful. I would recommend them!
