 + -1 moreThey started excellent but they did not get it done in the time frame promised. This cost me two extra days of work I had to take off. It took a week to get this done and they messed up the baseboards which ended up costing me another $800.I would not hire them again.
Description of Work: They installed new laminate flooring in my home.

 + -1 moreWe really liked the salesman, thought he was very helpful and easy to work with. He came to the house with samples and we selected some flooring. He agreed to send us a quote via email. He sent the quote and I responded saying it seemed quite high and asked him if we had other options. I never heard back from him. We ended up going with a different flooring company and paying slightly more than was Robinsons price. Since we had not bought flooring for a long time, we were not aware of the going rates. It would have been helpful if the salesman had reached out to us to discuss the pricing.
Description of Work: Came to house with samples to assist with choosing new flooring and provide estimate.
