I had then come out to do a bid on completely remodeling my master bath. They came, took measurements and asked a few questions. When the gentleman left he said the bid would be available in 7-10 days. After not hearing from anyone for 2 weeks I called and asked to get the bid. The receptionist told me someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I never received any kind of communication from them. They obviously didn’t want my job or my money.

We had a horrible experience with RFMC Inc., specifically the Bath Planet-Seamless Shower Division. I would not recommend this company because they misrepresented the product as being a seamless shower and then proceeded to build a shower with a crude and unworkable seam. It took this company 5 months to complete our new seamless shower due to poor design, execution, and customer service. The seamless shower and glass door both had to be redone multiple times because 1) The adhesive failed and the shower wall laminate didn’t stick, 2) The shower was built with a horizontal seam covered with a plastic gasket and the shower door frame wouldn’t fit over the seam, and 3) The glass shower door broke because of the bent frame. There were large gaps of time between each phase of the project waiting for more work to be done. Stay away and avoid the stress and wasted time that we spent trying to get this company to finish the job correctly.

Initially we got some estimates and they were out of this world. They wanted over 14 thousand for the patio cover alone, we were going to cancel the idea for this year when we found RFMC at the home show and from that moment on everything changed. They not only did the patio cover, fans and lights but we also got a better quality cover and concrete work for less of the original estimates. Their team is first class. They took care of everything including getting approval from the HERO program, City permits, etc. All work was done as promised, all our questions were answered and they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. They use quality products and stand behind them. We recommend them without hesitation.

The Patio King company was professional and project was done in a timely manner. Would definitely do business with them again.

Can't say enough positive things about this experience. Great customer service before and after, pleasant and accommodating crew, excellent skilled work, quality product, superior job site service, high level of integrity. The details: The original estimate was higher than we anticipated (not knowing anything about the cost of this kind of work) so we decided to put the installation off for six months. Owner Rick contacted us to negotiate lower price on sooner schedule, bringing the original estimate down by more than $1,000. We handed over our deposit in November for work to commence in February. Within a few days, I had a dental emergency and needed to spend the deposit money. Their finance department agreed to hold the deposit check for two weeks so I could get that done. Greatly appreciated. Communication between then and work days was excellent, though the scheduler did attempt to get the work set up a month sooner than we wanted. Probably just a miscommuniction, because when we said we'd prefer to wait, it was no problem. Materials were delivered as scheduled on a Friday. The delivery guy was timely, polite and efficient. The color choices and detailing were exactly what I'd ordered. Two-man crew Raoul and William showed up on Monday morning and immediately got to work. They spoke with me about what they were planning, confirmed a few details, and made sure we were all on the same page. They moved my iron patio table out of the way and made sure my property was respected throughout the process. They made sure my back gate was secured so when the dogs inevitably snuck out of the house, they couldn't escape. Because it was technically a holiday, I was home all day. I never heard any inappropriate or offensive language, something that often comes with laborers. In fact, they played KLOVE Christian radio (at a reasonable volume) all day. I was particularly impressed by the setting they constructed for the existing patio light. When Rick told me they would run a wire off the light on the wall, I was expecting to get a wire, maybe inside some conduit. Instead, lead worker Raoul built a setting that makes it look like the light was always mounted that way. Beautiful. They asked permission to leave their equipment overnight and tidied up the yard before they left, making sure nothing was left where dogs might get at it. The next morning with the full sun now shining on the mostly-installed cover, Raoul noticed a (very) slight color variation between two of the panels due to sun fade. I certainly hadn't noticed it. He told me he was going to replace the faded panel that day. They could have said nothing and I'd have likely never noticed. You can't pay enough for that kind of integrity. By mid-day the job was finished, and it was wonderful. I arrived back home to find my yard almost as clean as it had been before they arrived (can't do anything about sawdust on grass) with no trace of plastic wrapping or other debris. Even my patio set was back in place. The patio cover is beautiful. I keep looking out the window at it and turning the light on and off. :-) Definitely recommend Rick and his team for renovations and installations. We've got them on our list for a major renovation we're planning in a few years.

We got quotes from a few other contractors and all were pretty much in the same price range. Our neighbors up the street went with RFMC a couple years ago and were very satisfied with the results. Their patio turned out beautiful and I'm happy to say ours did too. The office staff are friendly and the construction crew were professional and courteous. They came out when they said they would, they finished the job when they said they would, and they cleaned up before they left. Couldn't ask for more. Will be looking to these guys when we remodel kitchen and baths.

Added the first outdoor patio to the newly built home in Nov 2013. All material were delivered on schedule and construction of outdoor patio began as promised. Rick Musto's RFMC Construction and the Patio King team was professional and at work on time and kept us informed of the work being performed. The masonry team did a great job, next the patio crew be the began construction of the patio and then electrician installed the electrical for the patio ceiling fan and light fixtures. Upon completion the crew ensured that my backyard property was clean and left in order. Construction of the outdoor patio went according to the schedule and plan. No complaints. In May 2014 we built a new pool so decided to have the Patio Kings build me another patio, which pertains to the noted last date of service and approximate cost of estimate. Rick Musto suggested for us to keep the same design, material and colors. Again the patio material was delivered and construction began and finished without a hitch. Rick Musto's RFMC Construction and the Patio King is definitely an and quot;Aand quot; rated top contractor as noted on Angie's List. I would highly recommend the RFMC Construction and the Patio King to everyone.

Need to qc their sub-contacters work better

Everything went well, and they did a good job. There were a few minor problems after the construction, but the company responded quickly and addressed the problems to my satisfaction.

Great company to work with. They did a good job at removing and rebuilding of the deck damaged by a wind storm and keeping the cost within my budget. They were very prompt at getting an estimate so I could file with my insurance. They also were very quick in the actual work of removing the fallen tree and and the damaged deck and in building the new deck.

they rushed evrything into two weeks, roof air conditioner carpet bathrooms , They had to come back 3 times to fix the ceiling in the bedroom that had leaked and was moldy. I never received and warranty papers for anything. I asked for tall rond toilets and got oval ones instead. Everything was way ovepriced.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON THE WOOD WORK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE SATISFIED WITH ONE COMPANY'S WORK LIKE I WAS WHEN I SAW MY BRAND NEW DECK. I GAVE THEM A HUGE TIP FOR THEIR SERVICES.

THEY WORKED REALLY HARD AND HAD IT DONE WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS. EVEN THOUGH I COULDN'T USE IT THAT NIGHT IT STILL LOOKED WONDERFUL. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB.

I THOUGHT PATIO KINGS WORKED HARD. I THOUGHT THEY WORKED WELL AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THE JOB. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK. MY WIFE AND I LOVE TO SIT ON IT AT NIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
