I always have them out twice a year to do the check up. He is always there. He is knowledgeable. He has been in business for years. He is an honest guy. Then of course he does repair work if needed. I have had him for both repairs and routine check ups.

5/11/15: A/C maintenance on 2 units were performed adequately. They had to perform another leak test, however on one of the units. It doesn't seem like we should continue to have issues on these units. Needless to say, we are very disappointed in the Trane units we purchased. The Trane company is no longer a quality company and we will not purchase anything from them again. Rare AC has been good at their responses to these issues, however. We just wish we didn't have these looming problems. 4/24/14: They performed the replacement adequately. We were very disappointed that we had to pay another large price to replace coils after only 5-1/2 years of use, due to corrosion. But, it was not the fault of Rare A/C, it was the fault of Trane Air Conditioning company and the cheap copper coils that they are using. The replacement coils were 1/3 the cost of the total unit. A very expensive replacement that was conveniently no longer under any warranty. I would not buy Trane units again.

They were very nice. We service our air conditioning units and keep them clean so that they work well for a long time. The price I paid included service on two units, cleaning the dust out and making sure the coils are free and clear, and so on.

They are wonderful. They are very reliable. They are here when they say they are going to be here. They are very honest people. I highly recommend them. I think their price was competitive.

They were very patient. They told us everything we need to know about putting a new air conditioning system .They did a good job. I do not remember how much I spent on the air conditioning. They usually come and adjust my system and check it out. I would use them again in the future.

They are excellent in all areas and do great work. I did my research on them and give them high grades across the board.
