+ -1 moreNot good. The main problem was that the work actually performed was less than the work proposed in the estimate. In other words, they said one thing, but did another. The cost of the job was reduced only after I complained, and even then I felt that I overpaid for the services. Considering the what was done, I could have had a handyman do the job for a lot less than $250. The other issues were that they were not prompt (the work was done about 3 weeks after the estimate) and that the gave no sufficient advanced notice before the crew arrived at our house. It's hard to believe that a contractor would enter someone's property without owner permission (essentially trespass) but that's exactly what they did. I came home to find two strangers in my backyard. Although I quickly figured who they were, I did not appreciate at all the lack of consideration by this company.

+ -1 moreI would not even hire Rainworthy to check the roof on my dogs doghouse. They are incompetent, not trust worthy, lacking in professionilism, and lazy.
Description of Work: This roofer was contacted originally by our realtor to inspect our roof for purchasing. He came back with his recomendations to reset slipped roof tiles, repair cracked tiles and reseal pipe vent flashings. He completed these tasks and fixed repairs for our realtor and bank. Apparently his idea of repairing was simply caulking the damaged tiles and setting a few new tiles. He also left a terrible mess and did absolutely nothing to clean up after himself. I was left to sweep and clean off deck, patio etc. Contacted owner about his lack of professionilsim, and never received a return call. One year later we have learned our entire tile roof has to be replaced due to faulty tiles that break and crack easily. Apparently manufacturer was contacted (before our purchase) and declined to replace these defective tiles. We are now facing the $20,000 + for a whole new roof. If Rainworthy had done a through inspection, they would of realzied how bad these tile are and recomended replacing roof before purchase of house was made. I have since had (3) roof contractors here they have all said the same thing. One would not even try to repair the damage unless we replaced whole roof.

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING THAT THIS COMPANY DID FOR US WAS VERY NICE. THEY HAD GREAT QUALITY OF WORK AND WE HAVE NOT HAD A LEAK SINCE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME.
Description of Work: WE HAD THEM REPAIR A PORTION OF OUR ROOF AND COMPLETELY LAY AN ENTIRE SECTION OF SHINGLES ON ROOF.

+ -1 moreTHE OFFICE LADY WAS VERY PLEASANT. I CAN'T FAULT THEM FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THAT THEY CAME EARLY. THERE WERE A LOT OF NAILS AND SCREWS LEFT ON THE GROUND. THE PRICE WAS WAY BETTER THAN SOME OTHER PLACES AND THEY DID A NICE JOB ON THE ROOF.
