First and foremost I hate being jerked around by any kind of sales pitch. I know I have hard water at my house I don't need someone to show me vials and glasses with his version verses my tap water. It was a big waste of my time. If the salesman had just given me the price like I asked for... twice, then I would have sent him on his way and looked into buying system on my own and have a plumber install the piping.That will cut the price in half as to what these a******* want to charge. This group is all about fleecing you for as much money as possible. After I flat out refused his pricing he was able to "Call the Boss" and knock off 1,000.00. I refuse to deal with used car dealers and these people are no different.

Went Great. Very friendly service guy. Knew what he was doing. We just moved to a new house and brought our and quot;Rain Softand quot; reverse osmosis system with us. We used this company to install it at the new house. Rain Soft has them listed as an approved company to use for this.

Tony came out and installed a Rain Soft reverse osmosis system that we brought with us from our last house. I also bought 1 filter and the middle membrane cartridge from him. It went well.

Everything seemed fine. The guy was friendly and helpful.

He arrived right on time. Examined the area and told us what needed to be done and then went right to work .He was very competant and explained what he had done and then went on to rewire two electical outlets thatwe were having trouble with.He explained everything that he had done and made suggestions on care of thefan. When he left the areas that he had been working in were all clean. we were most pleased not only with his work and professionalism, but also with his friendly attitude.

I called them yesterday at 4:30pm and they had someone here by 10am this morning. I am very satisfied with their service. They normally charge $96 for the consultation, but they only charged me the $59.50 for the trip charge.

AFTER YOU CALL WITH A PROBLEM THEY HAVE SOMEONE OUT TO YOUR HOUSE TO FIX IT WITHIN THREE DAYS. THEY ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE ANY PROBLEM FIXED THAT DAY. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

THE UNDER THE SINK UNIT HAS NEVER WORKED SINCE THE DAY THAT THEY INSTALLED IT. THE COMPANY WILL NOT EVEN STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT OR MAKE IT SO THAT WE CAN EVEN USE IT.

I HAVE ONLY DEALT WITH THEM SINCE THEY PUT THE SYSTEM IN. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO CHECK EVERYTHING AND CHANGE MY FILTER. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB.

WE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE WATER SOFTENER AND IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME FOR THEM TO RETURN OUR CALLS AND COME FIX THE PROBLEM. I THINK THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS SOME FLAWS, BUT THEY FINALLY FIXED THE PROBLEMS.

I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE WATER TREATMENT. IT MAKES THE WATER VERY SMOOTH AND COOL. THE WORKERS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY HAVE BEEN A GREAT COMPANY FOR US.
