Quality Floor Care

Great people to work with. We are very pleased. They were booked a few days out but that wasn't a big problem for us. Ryan called the morning of to confirm the time then called again later when he saw he was running a little late. He showed up exactly when he said he would, went right to work and did an excellent job. We found him to be clean-cut, very personable and a pleasure to have working in our home. The price for the work was competitive and fair. These people treated us exactly how I want to be treated as a customer.

The carpet came out great. The dirt and stains were removed and the carpet smells fresh.

My request for a specific appointment date was responded to and confirmed promptly. The gentleman showed up on time, and got to work quickly. Before he began, he assessed the condition of the carpet & offered to do the additional rooms (total of 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway & stairs). Originally I was going to do the upstairs rooms myself; however, he offered me a great price so I happily agreed. The carpet looks perfect!!! Extremely pleased with professionalism and quality of service.

The service was excellent. Dan, the owner, was polite, punctual, and went out of his way to be helpful. He even took several small doorway entry carpet pieces and cleaned them for free. The carpets were returned looking like new and I wished I had cleaned them sooner. Will certainly use Quality Floor care for the rugs in my other room.

The workers were professional and really worked with us to ensure work was completed to our satisfaction.

Great service by Dan and his crew. We have an older dog who had a serious medical complication and bleed on the carpet in several rooms. We called Quality Floor Care and they came out and were able to get all the stains out of the carpet. And even better, our family pet made it through her ordeal and loves her super clean carpets and tile floors. We are clients for life.

The owner spent all the time I wanted to get a full understanding of the entire job. Answered all my questions fully. Cleaned my floor carpet like no has ever done in the past. all the stains were removed. all gum stains were taken out. then he referred me to a contact that would stretch out the floor carpet at a good price(and that also went well). This was all great and did not take all day and the carpet was dry in excellent timing.
