+ -1 moreIt went horrible. They sent one of their employees, who, as it turns out, it’s a serial animal killer. Aaron Don Cumpton, was captured on home surveillance video on 10/26/21, strangling and then disposing into the trash, our beloved, Artie, a 16 year old senior dog. This company, pure water pools, was uncooperative with the police investigation and never once reached out to offer any condolences/explanation, or apology. This story has made national news. Just google the guys’ name who killed our dog.

+ -1 moreEverything went great -- we were having a problem with the pump/filter setup. They came out and gave everything a diagnosis, changed some of the pump settings and cleaned the filter -- the pool looks better already. Would not hesitate to call if we had another issue.

+ -1 moreWe have been using this company since they built our pool in 2003. Great pool service; we don't have to store chemicals on-site, and the pool is always sparkling! They let us know if we need additional work done, but put no pressure on us to use them for the extra work. Early this year, they let us know we needed to drain the pool, so we did the draining/cleaning and they came out after it was refilled and did the chemical start-up treatment at a very reasonable price.
