Ordered the four new window screens on April 20, 2016. I was told by Karen it would be 10 business days. They were not ready until May 12, 2016, 17 business days. I payed $113.64 for the four screens. They were wrapped in plastic and I did not measure them. I assumed they measured correctly, that's their job. I drove 45 minutes to my mother's house and found out they were all too big by 1/16". Dropped them back off on the same date. Left another original for proper measurement. On May 18, 2016, Karen called and stated the technician wanted to try and install the screens. I said that was fine and gave her my mom's address, although I didn't understand why they just couldn't make the screens the proper size. I did not hear from Karen until May 24, 2016 when she called to schedule the installation and that I would be charged for their time. I said I just wanted my money back and that I would not pay for a service call for screens that don't fit! Karen said she wouldn't charge me a service fee. I said fine, come on over! We made an appointment for May 26, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. On May 25, 2016 at 10:17 a.m., Karen called and said they were going to make the screens the proper size and would not be driving 45 minutes to my mother's house and I could pick up the screens anytime. I stopped by on the same day to pick up the screens. One screen was too small! I told Karen again that I wanted my money back. She said give her until the next day. I went back the next day. Karen was at lunch. Tyler was there. The screens were all too small. Tyler said he made them 1/8" smaller for me to make sure they would fit. I told him I wanted the exact same size!! What is the problem of making them the same size? He said they would fit. I said I wanted my money back. He said try them. I told him I would try them and if they did not fit properly I would be back the next day to pick up my money. I took the screens, drove 45 minutes to mom's house, and guess what, they were too small. They were not only too small two screens were the same size, but the size of my screens, the other two were different sizes from each other and all the other screens. I called Karen on May 27, 2016 and told her I wanted my money back. I returned their four screens and Karen had a check waiting for me for $113. Apparently they don't know how to measure nor round off the dollar amount. So, it took well over a month to get nowhere, they shorted me 64 cents, they damaged my original screen, and I spent numerous hours driving and spending money on gas. I went to Clovis Glass Co., Inc., and they made four screens the proper size in 24 hours!!!

sceens were ordered, technician came out to measure windows; ready in about 2 weeks. We chose to install them ourselves. During the installation, discovered that both screens were too large for clips that hold them in. The clips had to be cut/modified in order for them to fit between the screen and the window casing. Not acceptable! If they had brought the clips with them at the time of measurement, they could have seen that there was not room for the clips and the width measured for the screens was too big.

The gardeners broke the glass in the sliding glass door and the owner of my apartment hired the company to replace it and paid for the repair. In the process of the repair the wire to my security alarm system was severed which I have since been billed for $95. I called the company to request they pay for the repair since they had damaged the lead. I was told by the person who changed the door that it wasn't his fault and the alarm system was wired incorrectly and that if the owner of my apartment thought he should pay for the repair he would but otherwise would not pay. Since I'm the renter, I don't have much recourse. He also changed out the rollers on the sliding glass door as they weren't working well and replaced them with rollers that "weren't the right ones but would work okay." When I complained that those rollers didn't work okay and the door was difficult to open, I was told he had charged for the rollers to be changed and refused to fix it.
