Premier Restoration And Maintenance

My home developed a severe roof leak, causing water to rush into my kitchen through the ceiling. I contacted a roofer who referred me to Premier Restoration. The roofer repaired the exterior roof, leaving me with soaked drywall and even mold behind the cabinets. Apparently there had been a slow leak for awhile that hadn't been apparent. Bob Timberlake and his helper Eddie removed the soaked drywall and damaged cabinets. They replaced the drywall and rebuilt cabinets as necessary. They treated the mold. They demolished the tile countertop and backsplash. (Another contractor replaced the tile and added granite for countertops). They painted the kitchen and ceiling. They went out of their way to repair little things that they noticed at no charge. They were also nice to my three cats who were curious about what they were doing. They were punctual and efficient and included me in all decisions that were made on the project. They left the house clean and neat with no mess or debris. I would hire this company again in a New York minute and will hire them next time I need any work done. I can't say enough good things about them, and no, they aren't relatives or close friends, but are a very professional and customer oriented company. Kudos to Premier Restoration!
