Tech.was on time,Very HONEST and helpful.

They replaced 4 motors and tracks.

On time, professional and knowledgeable. They called me a few seconds after I hit the ENTER button. UPDATE: I had a good initial experience however their follow up service were the worst I've had in many years. They took my money for a deposit and never got back to me on the follow up service. If I hadn't initiated communication I feel like I would never have heard from this company again.

The guys were early for their appointment, and they called first to verify that was ok. They were friendly, obviously very experienced, work efficiently, cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased with the results.

Repairman answered all questions, and gave me good advice in preventing future problems. Arrived on time as scheduled, and stayed until the problems was solved.

Honest, reliable and quick. I made an appt set for 2pm, the tech called me to let me know he was available earlier and he came right and fixed the spring quickly.

We were on our way to Baja when the garage door cable was lost on one side. I did some damage trying just to secure the door so we could get on our way. Precision Door sent Mike and were were back on our way in less than a half hour. Thank you Precision Door and thanks to Mike, who was a friendly and very competent technician.

My garage door was not operating properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they were at my house the next day. I had my garage door hardware replaced and a new garage door opener installed. Larry and John Kirkby did a fine job. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how the new system operates and they programmed our car's door opener switch to operate the new system. Our garage door now works better than when it was new 14 years ago. Larry even left me his personal cell phone number to call if I had any questions or problems.

They did what they said they would on the date I wanted.

From Lee Howell, the sales representative, to Jeff, the scheduler, to Nick, the installer, they have awesome customer service traits. We would HIGHLY recommend them. Not the lowest bid but you get what you pay for. The new door and opener are made of quality.materials and extremely quiet.
