Description of Work: This is a family business, and with the family workmanship, I have the utmost regard. Daniel, the owner, stuck with the problem we were having with our cooling unit (on top of the house) until the problem was solved. A lot of representatives would not have been so dedicated. The problem we were having with our "climate control" system was that our condenser went out, and we were leaking freon. The condenser ran over its warranty, and we needed a new one. Problem was, I think, that for that model (Rheem), they had discontinued manufacturing the condenser that would properly fit, and a bigger condenser was installed. The new condenser worked just fine, and cooled off my house in proper order, however the entire unit was leaking water onto the roof of my house; a roof that I just had installed. The workman that installed the new condenser (not Daniel) could not determine the problem. Daniel stuck with us until we discovered that the pan for catching the condensation from the larger condenser needed to be larger. The existing pan was catching most of the water, but a small edge of the condenser was overlapping the edge of the pan. Daniel solved this mystery, but it took him more than one visit to do it (honoring the warranty). Still, many representatives, of various maintenance companies and skills, with which I have worked before, would not, I believe, have been so persistent, and, after a while, probably would have given up on us. The two lower ratings (Bs) I awarded as more an assessment of the manufacturers (Rheem's) responsibility than that of Precision Aire. I was informed, by another service representative, that Rheem is one of the best, if not the best, rooftop "climate control" units on the market, and, like I say, the machine does a nice job of cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. I do think, however, that if they are going to change some of their components on a machine, that they need to be more forthcoming on what other changes also need to be made to be compatible. Otherwise and overall, a good experience. It's nice to know that I have someone I can call on to service my machine. I heartily recommend the company to others.
