We had an appt. with Dan from Peterson and Dean on Aug. 17, 2015. He reschuled a couple times and showed up on Aug.22, 2015. We wanted a new roof and solar panels. He talked to us for an hour gave us appoximate estimates but said he would get back to us in a couple days. The next week a guy came from Madera and took measurements of our roof. It's now a month later and we never heard back from anyone. It was very unprofessional of Petersen and Dean and a waste of our time.

They have a lot of experience in roofing, so they know where to place the panels so they won't cause a leak or any damage to the roof. They were pretty good. They broke 3 tiles, but they replaced them and were honest enough to let me know about it.

We've had very good experience. They're very professional and courteous. Price-wise, they were the most competitive in the market. On top of that, the did a good job. I felt comfortable with them doing the installation because they did the roofs in our area anyways.

The installation was very smooth and very professional. The job was done extremely well. It also looks very good for having solar panels on the roof. They hid the connecting conduit extremely well and the connection to the breaker panel was also done well. PG&E inspected and gave a PTO quickly. I was told that Petersen Dean has a great reputation and that follows also with me. As a side, they found several broken tiles on the roof. They informed me about it, then fixed them at no cost. They cleaned up all the broken tiles from the roof and left the job better than it was when it started...highly recommend them.

They were really good with communication, they kept us up-to-date on what was going on because they have to go through a lot of, you know, getting stuff on the county, getting approvals here and there, they were good at keeping us in the loop with communication. They were on time and all that good stuff. We keep them because they were on Angie’s List for one and they had good reviews. We also had a new roof so wanted to make sure we had someone who knew what they were doing on our tile roof, we were a little worried about that, so that was the main reason.

The services from Petersen Dean Roofing And Solar worked out great. They worked out wonderful. They put a solar system on my roof. They were upfront, honest and professional. They got the job done quickly. The price was really good and affordable. All around it was pretty good. If I had a question I would just call and talk to someone, they answered my questions. A few things they didn't have right off hand but they got to them real quick. My interaction with the service provider was great. I would absolutely use this provider again in the future.
