Phil Franz was wonderful to work with. He was prompt, professional and the end product is great. We love our 20 year old pool and spa again. The price was the same as gunite but we love the smooth texture of the fiberglass.

We had a good feeling about Phil and his son from the time we met them. They've been in business for a long time. Phil was the one who initially came to the house, showed us what they would do, measured the pool and gave us a bid. He's very professional and low-key (there's no sales pressure at all) and answered all our questions. He also showed us some recent photos of pools they had done in the '90s. These pools still look great after all this time. We thought the bid of $3900 was very reasonable too, for something we will probably never have to do again as long as we own our home. The warranty is for 10 years, but Phil said a reasonable expectation would that it would last 30 years or so. After we thought about it for a few days and decided to go ahead with it, we scheduled it for the following week. They came on a Saturday to drain the pool. They began doing the actual work first thing Monday morning, and by Thursday afternoon the pool was refilled and ready for swimming. We couldn't be any happier with these guys or the service they provided. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were always professional, pleasant and on time. The bill was exactly the same as the bid -- no surprises. And our pool looks amazing -- it looks a million times better, seriously -- so we would recommend them highly.
