His work was well done for a great price. I have forgotten the price I paid but I know I was happy with the cost. He was prompt and friendly.

We had used them previously and as usual they were terrific. I checked into renting scaffolding and it was going to be close to $250 because they were going to have to do something special because it was a stairwell. I called Richard and he said they could actually do it on a Sunday. They set up their own scaffolding and it was terrific.

He was recommended by the contractor who did the stucco work and turned in the lowest bid for the exterior work. Took longer than expected as he had overscheduled, but still had at least part of crew working continuously until completed. He was straightforward, checked in regularly and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the results and asked him to return several months later, while I was painting the interior, to do a portion in the entry/stairwell that required scaffolding. He again was reasonable, willing and did a good job...coming on Sunday to fit it in his schedule.

It took considerably longer time than we thought, as all of a sudden he had more jobs than he did when he gave me the original time estimate. Most of the time he had only one guy working here and it took probably 7 days compared to the 4 days that was originally estimated. However, I was very happy with the job and the people who got the work done were very pleasant. They did a nice job and the cost was very reasonable compared to the other bids that I had got. We got the stucco work done first and we also realized the cause of the problem. We also needed a new roof. So, we decided to get the roof done first for our 2 storey house. We did the stucco work after the roof and then it needed to painted, as the stucco was redone. I will definitely use their services in the future as well.
