Description of Work: Pacific Door replaced some faulty double paned windows in which additional sound-proofing was needed to improved habitability. As always, they study the specifics of the needs of the home and the issues involved, then provide the pros and cons of each alternative solution. The product ultimately purchased was outstanding and priced below that of other competitive vendors. The quality of the workmanship by their recommended contractor was also excellent. I have given Pacific Door years of repeat business due to satisfaction of services and products provided.

Description of Work: I ordered 5 new interior doors and 3 exterior doors. Everything was perfect but they took a few days longer than expected. Their recommended installer Joe did a wonderful job and was pretty quick with the install.

Description of Work: I purchased a wrought iron security door. Purchase and installation were great. Pacific Door provided me with a list of recommended installers. I selected Scott from the list. He did a real great job on the installation. Completed project really looks like a custom door.

+ -1 moreThey were great. They were very helpful in the office. They were right on time with the product. They provided us a great product and service; can't beat it. There was 800-dollar difference with all the other estimates we got, but it is pretty darn good. They are coming over today for another estimate.
