The heating element went out on my clothes dryer. I watched a DIY video on how to replace it and considered trying it myself. I'm so glad I didn't. I called and made an appointment for that week. Eric came out, took the dryer apart replaced the broken heating element, cleaned out the lint build up and also pointed out several issues that were damaging the rollers and needed servicing. They were all taken care of at the same time for less than the quoted price. Had I done this myself, I would have spent the time and money to replace the heating element, but the dryer would have failed within the year. Money well spent I have extended the life of this dryer by years! Eric was very professional and great at explaining the problems, the recommended solutions and giving options. Dryer is working like new again!

Eric and his assistant arrived on schedule after calling me to give me a heads up since I was at work and had to meet him at my condo. They were dressed professionally and quickly had my unit checked out and cleaned. He identified that my capacitor had a leak and was loosing its effectiveness. Fortunately, he had one available on his truck. After replacing it, he checked my filter and was on his way. Great job and nice guy. Thanks!

Tech was honest and professional. He told me to use timed drying instead of auto. No need to buy another dryer. Everything checked out fine.

The Pacific Appliance Repair guy did a great job. He came out (all the way to Madera [which is Timbuktu CA]) and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. When he gave me the estimate of the repair (a control board) he told me that he would repair it, or gave me advice to replace it altogether (I choose the latter, to just get a new one, as Whirlpool charges a TON for new CPU logic board). So overall, very happy with the service.

Called Pacific Appliance to have dishwasher installed and was quoted $115 over the phone. When they arrived to install, quote went up to $185 and quot;because it was going to take more time than the average install, plus parts charges for extra hosesand quot;. told them that this was the 3rd dishwasher we had installed in the last 10 years and that no other company had made this claim. I offered to split the difference and pay $150. They refused and said there's no way we're doing it for $150. Asked them what the charge was for the dishwasher delivery...they said $35. We paid them and sent them on their way.

I have frequent interaction with them. The guy that runs that has always been quick. He gets the job done and his pricing is always reasonable.
