P & J CUSTOM WINDOW COVERINGS

One large window covering ceased to work in Nov 2012. Vendor contacted by phone 28 Dec 2012 and, as directed by phone contact, faxed a request for service along with copy of original receipt on 28 Dec 2012. Repairs would require a charge & blind may require return to factory but representative/technician that would contact me for an appointment & come out to check on repair would determine situation. Had been told vendor would respond within a week. Never received a response (there is a message machine). Mailed a letter including copy of first fax & receipt on 14 Jan 2013. No response. Phoned vendor again on 23 Jan 2013, spoke with Matt, who asked me to follow up phone call with note & copy of original receipt. Mailed same 24 Jan 2013. No response. Phone calls on 29 Jan, 31 Jan, 4 Feb, 22 Feb, 25 Feb all put through to a fax machine.

They were very professional and did a great job. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.

From the estimator to the installer, they were 100% professional. I will use them again for the remainder of my home. By the way, I live in a manufactured home and several companies wouldn't take the job. P and J didn't bat an eye! Great job!

I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WAY MY WINDOWS TURNED OUT. THE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH WERE VERY CLEAN, PROMPT, AND DEPENDABLE. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS GREAT. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY WORK AT A VERY GOOD SPEED. BEING A BUSY PERSON YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR THEM TO GET DONE, BUT THEY WERE DONE AT A VERY SPEEDY RATE.
