+ 3 moreThey were very good. They can do everything. The price was pretty comparable to what everyone said told us. They were still good but sometimes in the summer it took a little longer for them to get back.
Description of Work: They applied stome to the front of the house and repaired some dry rot that we had. They painted, put new doors on, and replaced part of the roof in the back.

Description of Work: Our home flooded on Valentine's Day 2014 a call to Olsen Restration was made and they quickly sent out their crew within an hour to dry out the flooded downstairs. After dry out was complete we decided, after 25 years, to use them to remodel our home. The remodel went well and Blair, Cody, Mike and the subs they suggested were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Olsen Construction and Restoration.

Olsen Construction & Restoration Co. is awesome. They're phenomenal. Their main business is water damage or fire damage. I've had an excellent, excellent experience with them. They were very professional and detailed in packing it up. They named everything on the boxes. I was so impressed.
Description of Work: My sinks overflowed and there was a lot of damage. They had to fix or replace the walls, floors, carpet and furniture. They had to pack up the entire house.

+ -1 moreThey were very punctual and explained everything to us. We had already been through a bad experience with another company and they were very sensitive to that. They pulled some carpet up in the living room and used their fans and dehumidifiers without any problems. They were very careful about pulling up the carpet and did not have to remove any of the carpet padding, unlike the other company we used. They were very thorough. They used their meter up the wlls to see if there was any damage to the walls. When they got done they also had their boss come out to double check everything. They used a plumber and were not satisfied with the diagnosis he gave for the leak so they brought in someone else and then felt lilke it was a more accurate diagnosis. We were really happy with quality of service.

Description of Work: DUE TO A FIRE IN OUR HOME, WE HAD TO HAVE OUR CABINETS REPAINTED AND REFACED.
