He gave me a lot of information and when he was servicing my air conditioning unit at the time he was telling me everything he was doing. I just felt really comfortable and I don't know anything about him and he is very quick and very good. I called them and they were right out.
Description of Work: I used Nalk Air Conditioning & Heating Inc for a service call for my air conditioner and heating.

They charged $850 to fix the duct work and to service the air-conditioning. The airflow in the house did not change and I had to hire another company to fix the entire system and to re-service the air-conditioning unit. The system was all wrong in the first place and instead of telling me the right thing to do they just tried to patch it up and charged a fortune for 2 hours of work. I called them back and they old me they would come out and fix the problem and they never did.
Description of Work: I bought a new house, as is and one of the problem was that there was poor air flow in the air conditioning system. I hired this company ti fixed some sagging duct work in the attic, and to improve the air flow to the back of the house.
