Description of Work: I'm writing this because my experience with his putting in a drip system was similar to another reviewers -- terrible. He was to install drip in my backyard while I was out of town, so I paid ahead of time. He installed it very, very poorly. When I returned, half the yard was dry and half was like pudding.

Description of Work: They tested and fixed and reprogrammed my sprinklers. They were recommended to me by my gardener and I was very pleased with them.

Description of Work: They repaired a dripping valve, it turned out to be a problem with the timer.

Description of Work: The proprietor is a very nice man, and I had used his services for years. His history previously had been satisfactory, but not excellent. Recently I had asked him to correct a number of minor items, the second most important being to correct two minor splits in one rubber line with emitters. He did report originally as scheduled. To correct the two splits at issue, he elected to install a new line (about 14' long) and some new emitters, but not all. The new line he installed has more than fifteen splits, and he added emitters where they do not belong. He made a problem much worse and it is effecting too much water which will rot my flower bed. In addition, he caused a few splits where the new line connects to another. I had also requested he check all lines, but I found a major gusher in another location subsequent to his departure. When I immediately reported the problem, I was told he would return my call. When he failed to do so, the next week the office again said he would call - but he did not. He also failed to appear as the office had tentatively scheduled (09/21/11). I will not contact this company again.

Description of Work: The underground valve to the front sprinklers was turned on, the timer for the sprinklers was set for 4 stations (3 front and 1 back), and drip hose and sprayers were set up in back.
