+ -1 moreIt is apparent that they do not want to resolve the issue. They know that I had a warranty but do not look to honor that.
Description of Work: I hired them to built us a brand new home in a track. We owned it for a year and 3 months when we discovered mold in carpet and baseboards. We went to them to see what they could do. They came out to take a look and promised to come out and fix it. They never showed up. I called again and Mike, the owner, had decided this was an owner responsibility and that they could not help us. He called us later and said he would come out and take a look himself. He did come out and said if I sign a waiver that says he wasn't responsible that he would fix it. I was suspicious. I hired a paralegal to mediate. At which point it escalated and is still not fixed to this day.

+ -1 moreWE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR RANCH TYPE, 3 BEDROOM AND 2 BATH HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO OUR WANTS AND NEEDS. THE NEIGHBOR HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH HIS HOME BUT WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT OUR RANCH TYPE HOME WITH 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHS. IT HAS 1,646 SQ. FT.
