+ -1 moreBecause of house guests coming a week earlier than originally expected, The Master's Helping Hands had only one way to do it by the new deadline - two people came for two consecutive long afternoons, even removing and cleaning light bulbs, amazingly deep, effective vacuuming; very efficient, pleasant workers. The supervisor (an employee of the company for 35 years) looked at all areas to be cleaned, asked questions and made notes, then gave written estimate of anticipated time needed and provided a maximum charge. If it took longer than estimated, it would not be more than the maximum charge indicated. If it took less time, the charge would be reduced. The same person (supervisor) inspected the work when completed. A tulip light fixture on the ceiling fan got broken during cleaning; the worker showed me and her supervisor. The supervisor got a replacement and put it up the very next morning. I totally read all their website ahead of time and respected the company philosophy and the attitude of their employees.
Description of Work: Meticulously deep-cleaned living room, family room, two bathrooms, kitchen and two bedrooms.

Description of Work: I have used Master's Helping Hands for years every time one of my tenants move out of my rental property. They do a wonderful job and they are very professional and courteous. I believe their price to be comparable to others in the market. I would not use anyone else.
