They initially told me it would be $925 to clean and seal my Saltillo tile floor and a travertine table. After multiple back and forth, they agreed to $750, but explained that the job would take all day and that they would probably have to come back a second time. The job took 2 1/2 hours for one guy and did not appear to involve particularly skilled workers, although, again after a couple of negotiating phone calls, they also agreed to send a guy to help move the washer/dryer. I figure that works out to around to more than $250 per hour. I would have thought that was a bit much, and might not have agreed to pay it had they not misled me about the amount of work involved. That being said, my floors and table look great.

The grout did look better than before but I think it could have been better if the service technician had spent the time on it that he originally estimated. He left several hours earlier than he had estimated. In fairness, I think the amount charged should have been adjusted to reflect the actual time spent. Otherwise, I did appreciate working with this company and would recommend them on the basis of their customer service alone. The installer was very pleasing to work with and was on time and professional.

Brian was wonderful in communicating with me about the job. His questions and responses prior to doing the job were perfect and assured that we could get the job done and in a timely manner. He sent Jesse to do the work at my mom's house. Jesse was great! He was courteous, professional, friendly, and truly cared about doing a good job. He was also super clean. He made sure to set up beforehand to assure that everything was kept clean and neat. I am thrilled with the job they did. Their customer service was wonderful!
