They donâ t normally do organization but did help me out with a little bit in my home office that I needed to get in place. Very thankful, and would book again!

I needed a move out cleaning. Adriana gave me a quote on the phone, but I insisted that she come and see the home before quoting for her services. Once at home, I explained in great detail what I wanted to do. She said it was a fixed price contract for $250. After a bit she said that she had underquoted and would I give her $100 more. I readily agreed. Seeing she wasn't able to cope, I cleaned the floors, window tracks, microwave myself, but due to bad health, I wasnt able to do some of the work. Even after doing half the work myself, she still could not finish it. She called her husband to threaten and extort more money from me, and when that failed, she called her mother in law who trespassed over my property, threatened me, stalked me for over three hours, parked outside my house and took videos of me and everyone who visited my home. During this time, I repeatedly went to her and told her that if she completed the work, I would pay her, else, I would have to get someone to complete the work, and would pay her the difference. Her mother in law recorded that conversation as well. Aryana refused to complete the work, saying it was too much. I did not ask her to quote. She did not give me a blind quote. She saw what she was quoting for. i even agreed to pay her $100 extra. I gave her all opportunities to complete the work. I went out of my way to help her - I personally did the cleaning for which I was paying her. When she refused, I called Molly Maids to complete the work that she had refused to complete. The garage is still dirty and has cobwebs all over. The floors are not mopped. The bathroom are not clean. Threats, Intimidation, stalking, trespassing, and violating the privacy of my home, the guests that visit me will not endear me to a cleaner.
