When we met with Eddie for the first time we found him personable and attentive without any high-pressure sales tactics. In fact we were able to get triple pane windows for the same price as most competitors offered for dual pane. Eddie took detailed measurements and in one month we had these beautiful windows. He was also able to accommodate us with the replacement of an unusual size window that the others said was impossible. His master installer, Juan, is the best! He did an excellent job! We are very happy with how much cooler and quieter our home stays with the new windows. Eddie is an upfront guy and really takes care of his customers. We would highly recommend Lomax Windows for your future window needs.

 + -1 moreThe windows were installed two or three days later than original start date. It took two days to remove old and install new. We didn't like the height of the threshold on the new French Doors. We worked with Eddie Rodriguez and let him know of our disappointment. Eddie and the installer Juan came back out, took a look and re-installed the doors for us the next day. They were good about cleaning up all the old wood shavings inside the house. The installer, Juan asked me several times during the installation how it looked and if I was pleased. Eddie also checked in with us numerous times to make sure we were pleased with the product and with the installation. Great guys to deal with.
Description of Work: removed 19 old wood windows and replaced with Ply Gem vinyl triple pane. Also removed old wood french doors and replaced with new.

Description of Work: Lomax is wonderful!! The salesman Eddie was fantastic! He was very informative and worked to get me the best price! I have 2 sliding glass doors and 12 windows. I was expecting a much higher rate based on other bids. Juan and David were great (installers). My roommate was home sick and they were very kind to her and helped her move some things out of the way of the window since we didn't know we had to. Overall a great experience! So great I left their sign in my front yard for 3 months! Highly recommend them and Eddie, he's a straight shooter!

Description of Work: We just had 12 windows and 3 LARGE sliding glass doors and a garden window (that no one else would even touch) replaced in our home. We received estimates from Anlin, Home Depot and another local contractor all for dual pane windows, and Lomax was able to provide a better quality window that was TRIPLE pane for thousands less!!! The sales representative Eddie was very knowledgable and friendly he made making such a large investment a breeze! Much to our surprise our windows came in early and they were able to start the installation 1 week earlier than expected which was great! The gentlemen that installed the windows, David and Juan were AMAZING! They are both truly skilled. They take pride in their work and your home. They had to cut tile in the shower and resize the existing wood trim around the windows and it is unnoticeable. They did all of this work in 1 1/2 days in the rain, what professionals. We couldn't be happier with price, quality and craftsmanship that this company provided. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Lomax before purchasing your windows from anyone else!!! A++++++

First windows quote from them was higher than we wanted to spend but after a few months they had another promotion going that we took advantage of--triple pane windows--backed by a larger manufacturer so we were pleased. Also able to use the 'same as cash' option to defer payment up to one year. Installation was fast (1 afternoon) and they did have to come back to fix a small crack in the stucco by one window. No real followup by sales people to see whether we were pleased, that would be better customer service if they checked-in at perhaps 1-month or 6-month mark.
Description of Work: Replaced 8 old windows and patio door.

 + -1 moreLike i stated above this company will always get my business and i would recommend them to anyone who needs windows doors etc... they are by far the easiest and most reliable company i have dealt with as far as their pricing and their workmanship. Like i stated above they have done my two houses and my mothers companions house and his sons, again with excellent service...
Description of Work: This company not only gave us the best price on windows but it also gave us excellent service, I have recommended them for two jobs that they also provided excellent service and pricing, we have used them for our current house and also for our rental property, i would never even go to another company not even if the price was lower, I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family. They have been terrific. Keep up the great work Lomax we love you.

 + -1 moreI chose them because they had the best Better Business Bureau rating. They mis-measured one of the windows and have to come back out and replace it. Other than that I am satisfied with their service. I will use them again in the future.
