LESLIE'S POOL MART

Leslie's Pool Mart was great. There was just a lot of issues going on but when the concrete was in , the whole process was juts a piece of cake. They came in at about 8:30 in the morning and they were done by 3 in the afternoon. The first experience when they came out, the boss was helping one of the installers do it and he just kept measuring and measuring. I complained to the new manager that he was very rude and condescending to both my daughter and I. The new manager is more willing to go up to the plate and fight for me even though he wasn't involve in the beginning process of it and he didn't know all the details and we did resolve the little issues that were creating it from happening. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. They had the best deal for pricing. We had a lot osf issues and there we had to work over a lot of obstacles but when everybody put their thinking cap on and put their heads together and at the end, a different manager got involved on how it could be done and everything.
