Due to structural issues they had to mount the fan vertically. Leaving a weight-bearing stud running through the opening. In order to get the register to fit they cut the weight bearing stud almost halfway through. You would think they could have modified the register instead of cutting the stud. The bottom louver does not close, leaving the system open. They were notified of the issues and as of this writing have not resolved them.

Prompt, professional and clean. Great diagnosis, for $100. However, the low rating was due to extremely outrageous price quote for the repair. $600 for a condenser fan, using a generic fan, not even OEM. Got another quote for $350 from other contractor. In the end, bought a universal fan for $88 and replaced it myself. I can see a company making a profit, but Lees is out of line. Repairman kept saying they guarantee their work, but when I read the invoice for the estimate, warranty only lasts 1 year. Very disappointed a company would take advantage of clients this way.

Lee's is an honest business. Because of the age of my toilet and the liability issues, they turned down working on it. They recommended another plumbing service who is more likely to take care of the project.

Lees Air is a very expensive company to work with. it charges excessive price for simple plumbing service. A simple service to replace a kitchen faucet is $300. If you are thinking about hiring LeesAir, you better be prepared for the price shock. A 20 minute service to replace my kitchen faucet is $300, that is more than a doctor makes in one hour. Its price is ridiculously high and so unfair. I am a doctor and I work at the local hospital, and I do not even make $300 per hour. Maybe all the doctors in the country should go on strike to demand for $300 per hour. When a plumber is making more money per hour than a doctor does then you know how messed up America is. No wonder there is a shortage of doctors in this country. A plumber charges $300 for his service is ridiculous and absolutely outrageous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LeesAir.com TO ANYONE. A BAD DEAL, TERRIBLE VALUE.

I was quoted $3,000.00 for a major plumping leak on a water main. The LeesAir plumber found a valve to my front yard sprinklers, which he shut off and stopped the problem for only $50.00. At a later time he will restore the line to my sprinkler system. I am very happy with the service.

Lee's was everything the prior reviewers said they were, professional, curteous, clean, and reasonable. They provided quotes for three levels of equipment efficiency so that we could choose how much we wanted to spend. The equipment provided was all top quality. Each morning we were emailed a photo of the supervising employee who would be at our home and the time they would arrive. Really great guys who made sure we knew how to work our new HVAC system before they left. Definitely recommend.

Courteous and professional. Good crew that worked fast and took care not to leave a mess. A pleasure to have them in the house, totally comfortable with them and would recommend this company and work crew to anyone. Also, there was a deep freeze coming and they went the extra mile by working overtime to get the heating unit all set up before leaving for the day. Very grateful.

My hero that fixed the heater was Alfredo, He kept me apprised of what he was doing, worked to save me money and fixed my problem so I could have heat (which was greatly needed). I was skeptical of using HomeAdvisor because of a problem I had with one of their Pros on a precious job, however, this company is the real deal.
