All of the service professionals were personable, efficient, punctual and hard workers. Jesse and Jose were also very kind to our dogs. Frank and Justin kept us informed of all details during our project and were very polite. They all did a great job and I would highly recommend Lees Air.

Cost and performance was not satisfactory. Here is an update on my last posting. I still believe their first Tech was clueless. However, once management heard of my dissatisfaction, they follow up and resolved the billing issue in an amicable way. I do appreciate the fact they cared and they want a customer to be happy with their service.

My husband has a hearing problem and I appreciated that Jesse was sensitive to that. Jesse advised us on an extended repair policy and explained it in detail. We got it! We will be calling Lee’s Air and recommending them.

The service was exceptional! The AC went out with record heat right before the Labor Day weekend. Raul and Ernesto brought portable AC units to make a hot house bearable. Frank thoughtfully explained our AC options. Andy and Andrew were careful with our home as they performed the installation. Some other workmen had left a mess in the area of the installation and they cleaned it up and left it in much better shape. They were friendly, kind, respectful, and professional as they performed the installation and setup. I do not usually write reviews but this company deserves the attention. I would highly recommend this company!

I was most impressed by their experience, knowledge, and no pressure approach to sales. It's a huge investment, but you definately get your monies worth. They were on time for the project, and finished ahead of schedule. They also made sure to contact me and keep me informed every step of the way.

No pressure sales and very professional and fast install. Install was to take 3 days with air ducting but it took them only 1 day. Very good and friendly installers.

Lee's Air installed my new Coleman AC unit in Feb. 2014. I paid a total of $4,787.00 for everything. The new AC unit did well in 2014 but in 2015 I was without AC for 24 days in July. In 2017 Lee's Air has been out 4 times to repair my AC unit. Every time they are called they make every effort to repair the unit that same day (THANK YOU). The 4 times they have had to come out this year it's been for different problems from my AC unit. I think I've got a lemon for an AC unit. Thank God all repairs have been under warranty.
